The storage space is not a fridge, although it has that appearance. Can fit two regular-sized mugs and two glass cups (two per shelf). It’s small, with the whole thing maybe reaching 3 feet. But it’s easy to use and does exactly what’s intended. Hums lightly when cooling your water, and cools it to a refreshing temperature. Haven’t tried the heating since I use my keurig for hot water, but while on cool mode I can use the hot knob for room temperature water.

Basically, it does what it’s supposed to do. And considering how cheap it is, I’d call it incredibly effective. If you want something fancy with a bunch of options and tech, splurge for a different model. But if you want a cheap and effective water service, this fits those basic needs. And I love it for that.

At great price on a compact, good quality water cooler. It has a handy, but unrefrigerated storage compartment at the bottom, and easily hold the standard 5 gallon water jugs. The hot water is super-hot, enough so that you could make hot chocolate right from the tap. The cold provides chilled water, however if you have more than 1 glass at a time it is not as cool. You have to let it chill between glasses. If you do one at a time the water is about a cool coming out as the regular machines they rent out with the delivery services. Personally I fill my water bottles with it then toss them in the fridge to make them ice cold until ready to drink.
It’s been running over a month so far and still going strong. For the price I would consider it a bargain.

We’ve had this since roughly mid 2021 and it still stands strong. We have placed in an elevated place so its easy for the family to fill cups and pitchers. Refilling has its challenges but its has now become custom. Expenses in money for water have subsided and in times of “emergencies” (like hurricanes), it has worked well. Would recommend.

This cooler was a great value for my money. It replaced a very old cooler I had.
Although it arrived slightly damaged. I contacted the seller who immediately reached out to me. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it. He quickly gave me a substantial credit on my purchase.
I truly appreciate this excellent customer service.

I have been renting a water cooler for years. Finally, found this little gem at the right price. It is white and not that tall. But I actually like the height of it because the other one I had stood out too much. The bottle was way up over the counter interfering with a picture. It is quiet too! There is a little storage on the bottom for about 8 soda cans. Very compact! Water is hot for tea and water is cold for drinking! You will see in the photo how it looks next to our bar cabinetry. We use 3 gallon containers of water! You’re going to love it!!

Worked ok, hot was hot, cold was cooler not hot. 6 months and no water coming out of cold faucet. Called twice and left message with no call back, e-mailed and no e-mail back. Faberware co. has not been good

The hot water gets very hot, and the cold water stays cold. The heat/cool functions will not work when the tank is low and there isn’t enough water in the reservoirs, for safety purposes. Be sure to read the directions and fill the reservoirs before you cut the heating element on. Good product for the price. Easy to set up.

I initially went with this cooler because the one it was replacing finally developed a drip from the nozzle after 8 years (Starts with P and ends with O) – so it was time.

I admit I was being cheap and didn’t want to spend over $100 for a cooler, so that is why I went with this one.

Sure, it does all the things a water cooler does, dispenses hot or cold water, and even has base storage which no other coolers have.

Unfortunately the storage below is not refrigerated, nor will it hold more than 6 cans of PBR, or three 40’s of Miller High Life – it is very shallow and small, the picture is a little misleading.

Other than the base storage being nothing more than a gimmick, this cooler was lighter than my previous cooler, sat lower than my previous cooler, but also seemed more top-heavy than my previous cooler (because it was lightweight).

The levers on the nozzles were a little old school, and I found them to be cumbersome because the drink well under them is very short – there is only enough room for a standard size coffee mug or short glass.

On my previous cooler, I was able to sit my big 20 oz tumbler under the nozzle and just push a button on top to dispense, only one hand was required – this water cooler required two hands for the tumblers to be filled because it did not fit in the drink well area.

The capacity of the the cold and hot tanks must not be very big, because after each glass, the cooler kicked on to either heat or cool the water, and there is a fan in the back of the cooler that constantly runs because the unit is fully enclosed, rather than being air-cooled with an open back design.

The cold water never seemed to get quite as cold as my previous cooler, the hot water was more than adequate.

This cooler was also not as tall as my previous cooler, so I had to bend over more to fill my cup.

All said an done, I missed the conveniences of my previous cooler, so I returned this one, spent a little extra money and bought the upgraded version of my previous cooler that I had for 8 years.

To be fair though, had I not had a good experience with my previous cooler, then I’m sure this cooler would have been fine – because I wouldn’t know the difference.
