Device is distorting the low mid frequencies of song. Also cuts out intermittently. Checked this performance against Apple dongle, and none of those issues playing the same songs. When it does work it sounds great, but is not reliable.
I would like a rellacement but am in hospital physical rehab for months and cannot return the product. Update, Amazon customer service is sending me a replacement, thank you.

I own a lot of dacs and amps and dac/amps. This little thing from Fiio packs a big punch, at a low price. Now Iโve only been using it for a couple of days, so I canโt comment on longevity yet. I will say any dac/amp at or below $100.00 doesnโt compare to this $30.00 dac/amp when it comes to sound. Fiio knocked this one out of the park. Nice spacious, crisp, loud and clear. YES!!! It checks all my boxes. My conquest for a perfect budget dac/amp is over. This is it.๐๐ป๐คฏ๐ฅ it does get pretty warm, and that would be the only negative thing I would say about this little/big guy. Other than that, itโs pure $30.00 perfection. Hi res perfection on a budget. ๐๐ป

The adapter worked for both pc and phone, and the sound quality is pretty good, clear and accurate. The volume is a little bit low for my dt990 pro headphone though. Normally I listen to only soft pop music so it’s ok for me. I like it.

I have a HiFiMan HE 400 SE hooked up to this. Motherboard audio had pretty low volume with these relatively inefficient planar magnetic headphones. This thing is a beast. Max volume on this dongle will deafen you. Sound quality may be slightly better now, but volume is intense. I was considering sending the headphones back. Not anymore!

Great to see a high quality product like this for iPhone. I use the lightning version and powers my (somewhat) high and low impedance headphones with ease. Plenty of power with headroom on my Sennheiser HD 58X, Sundara Closed Back, KZ PR2, and more. Have not personally tried on anything higher than 150 ohms. Only downside is lack of mic, no auto pause when headphones disconnected, and always consuming power while plugged in, but nbd, just disconnect the ho.

Worked fine, but for some reason it doesnโt process any external controls or input from an in-line microphone/button apparatus.
Also after only a couple weeks, at a seemingly minor accidental bump during usage, the connector snapped off. My stock Apple connector is getting old and Iโve had Fiio devices before and liked them, but this was not worth the price over replacing the basic Apple one.

This is a great DAC for the price and is a drastic improvement over the Samsung USB-C to headphone adapter. The software is a bit lacking with very little in the way of features. The UI is a little clunky as well.
I primarily use it for my Android device, but it also works natively on my iOS devices (with USB-C).

I just bought a new cell phone and have noticed that on my radio streaming app my earphone volume isnโt nearly loud enough. Iโm a bit hard of hearing and just couldnโt get the stations up to the volume I felt comfortable with. I just happened to see this tiny FiiO amp dongle and ordered it hoping I could get some loudness on my phone. I plugged it in to my phone, plugged my high end wired earphones in to the 3.3mm port and viola! The sound volume is twice what it was and the quality of sound is better too! I love this thing! I just ordered another one in silver this time for my Lightning port iPhone and iPods. This is a great great audio amp to have at such a good price and tiny size! Thereโs a little light in it too to let you know itโs on and working. Highly recommended.

Suono celestiale, fattore di forma incredibilmente minuto, design stiloso e minimale, qualitร costruttiva elevata, essendo fatto di metallo. Davvero una gioia di oggetto, ad un prezzo irrisorio. Guida alla grande anche le mie sennheiser HD620, dall’impedenza di ben 300 ohm. Cosa chiedere di piรน? LO CONSIGLIO A MANI BASSE!!!!

Good clean sound, can push almost all IEMs without effort. I does get warm to the touch but it’s common and will drain battery faster than normal but really nothing to worry about because of said power. Only wish it had a PEQ but it’s definitely not a deal breaker still sounds great. 4ยฝ out of 5 (if the ratings system would have allowed it lol), $30 for this makes it a great value and highly recommended!
Oh and be sure to get the latest firmware update V. 0.08 as of now (August 2024) but it’s a good chance it has it already like mine did.

After spending A LOT of time comparing different DAC’s for my IEM’s, I settled on the KA11 as it stood out above the rest. Definitely NOT disappointed. It sounds fantastic! Tested both on my PC and my Samsung smartphone, audio is crisp and clear, no distortion, and with a well-tuned EQ it really cannot be beaten. Excellent clarity and depth. I also find it doesn’t have a dramatic effect on Smartphone battery life either, which was a concern, though I’m sure that will vary depending on which earbuds/headphones you use. The DAC does get a little warm after a little bit of use, but rest-assured that’s totally normal.
I will say however, this is a very powerful DAC. It is capable of driving larger headsets without an issue. With that being said, exercise caution if you are using sensitive IEM’s (like me). I unfortunately accidentally blasted my ears briefly at 100% volume when I clicked an incorrect button on the PC FiiO app. Worth noting, even with very sensitive IEM’s, the noise floor is incredibly low… I hear absolutely zero hiss or artifacts when no music is playing. Incredible. All in all, highly recommended. It blows a lot of the other DAC’s at double the price-point out of the water.

Angefangen hat es mit einem iFi GO link, das war leider nix. Etwas mehr Geld in die Hand genommen und den FiiO K11 bestellt, hรผbsch aber klanglich nur auf iFi GO link Niveau. Als nรคchstes dem kleinen Apple Dongle eine Chance eingerรคumt, nett, aber zu leise und in der Bandbreite auf Apples 24 bit/48 kHz kastriert. Dank Amazon verliefen die Retouren ohne Probleme. Zuletzt kam dann der kleine FiiO KA11. Wichtig: Man sollte unbedingt per FiiO-App die voreingestellten Filter รคndern! Am besten auf Filter 6 – aus! Dann hat man einen kleinen, feinen Dac/Dongle/Amp. Klingt nun richtig gut. Verstรคrkt selbst meine groรen Studiokopfhรถrer genug, klingt und bleibt! Danke Amazon.
