I use this tool regularly to get a burning forearm and shoulder workout! I love that you can adjust the resistance. It does a great job of wearing you out and promoting blood flow to the arms.
However, one slight caveat is that the resistance levels of the right and left handle differ very slightly. Most people might not notice this, but I pay very close attention to small details. It might differ by 1 to 2 pounds. It could just be my product that has this slight caveat or it could be all of them. It seems very well built and functions perfectly.

We love the work out but the item is a very heavy piece of metal and should only be stored and used in a gym type setting. If you drop this piece on your foot, your in the hospital. If your exercising on low energy and accidently knock your face, your going to need stitches, cosmetic surgery or dental work. Never use lying down on your back, if this item falls from your hands, your pretty much dead. Don’t use near animals if it falls out of your hands chair or table onto your pet or small child, they’re dead.
I love the work out but worry about the serious danger this thing could cause, due to its small, convenient and misleading look, if accidently dropped.

I love this thing. I bought it on impulse, because it just looked heavy-duty and high-quality, and I was not disappointed. It’s easy and fun to use, and my shoulders burn with every set. It has helped strengthen some old injuries. Give it a try.

I bought this because I used a similar piece of equipment at a small group training class. I moved away and no longer attend that class. I was wanting one of these and started searching. So glad I found it! I leave this out where I can conveniently grab it and work out with it. It is definitely a work out for the arms! love it! FYI, I am a 67 year old woman who works out at the gym lifting weights. I like to do weighted squats, dead lifts and bench presses (heavy). This gives me something to do at home at my convenience and adds to my overall training. It seems to be a very sturdy piece of equipment. I bought the heavier (12 pound version).

This is the best product for toning and strengthen the arms. I am a female, I have never came across anything that is perfect as this equipment. The equipment is a little heavy, however, if the weight is a problem sit down. I tried it standing and siting down. You can use this equipment in toning other parts of the body as well.
You can not go wrong with this. In order to find ways to use the equipment go to YouTube. There are some great videos on there with different exercises that can be used with this equipment.

This is a 12lb version compared to most others which are 8lb. It also has adjustable resistance level which noticeably makes you work harder. Great build quality. Excellent device for upper body conditioning. Depending on how high or low, how close or far from your body you hold it, you can work different muscles in arms and shoulders. Definitely recommended.
