I bought the purple one in jan 2020 for about $70. It was my first fitbit and I’ve worn it almost every day since and it’s still working great!!
After a year or two I changed out the athletic band for a metal one for a more professional look and because the original had started to miscolor. I also had a screen protector for a while but you dont necessarily need one. Its pretty durable and I’ve literally just rubbed off light scratches with my finger and scraped paint off with my fingernail. Everything still seems to be working great and it still stays charged for days at a time. I don’t even bother taking it off to shower or when I go swimming.
The heart rate tracking is really helpful. I wish there was a notification or something when it’s out of range but by checking the app consistently I’m able to see how it changes over time and I check it most days. It’s helped my doctor and I like comparing my heart rate and sleep quality to my stress levels day by day by using a mood tracking app (daylio). I will say sometimes I question the accuracy as it gets older, so this won’t replace an oximeter or anything, but I’ve still found it helpful.
The app has a free and paid options. I’ve tried both but I’ve found that unless you’re working out often or need more detailed information you’ll probably be just fine using the free version.
The app and the fitbit are both pretty straightforward to set up and navigate. The fitbit has different options so you can choose what you want to show up. Some of the options have bigger font for the clock face, but if you have notifications on, the text is pretty small and can be hard to read in direct sunlight.
I also appreciate that you can customize what you want to track so it can be used purely as a health monitor, if that’s what you need. I think you could probably turn off all tracking and use it as just a watch, but I haven’t tried it myself.
My only complaint is it would be great to be able to set up an alarm on the actual fitbit instead of only through the app. This has been a little annoying in situations where my phone has died but I can’t change the alarm time on my fitbit.
Overall, a great purchase and I love the versatility and durability. I see it’s almost double the price I paid right now though, so maybe wait for a sale because I think closer to $100 is what I could be willing to pay for it today.
It’s been a great watch and when it finally stops working I’ll be getting another!

– La baterรญa me dura unos 4 dรญas.
– Hay despertador silencioso (vibra el reloj).
CONTRAS
No me pasa siempre.
En general estoy encantada con el reloj y lo recomiendo.

I have had a Fitbit for about the past 3 or 4 years now. I had the Flex, and it lasted a long time, and was still doing OK, but I kind of wanted something else and went looking and discovered this one just having hit the market. I am usually not big on brand new, but really was ready for change so ordered it. I love the fact that it’s waterproof. My old one I had to take off for the pool but this one I’ll be able to wear all summer. The step count is spot on with what my old one said, at least for areas that I know and walk a lot. The HR monitor is fine for what it is. I don’t fully trust it, but what it rates at, is similar to what I’ve had testing myself. I love the way the sleep patterns are shown though. The size is perfect, only a little bigger than my Flex, and in comparison to my friends Flex 2, still just a bit bigger, but without the ability to lose it like a couple of people I know have. The only complaint I have about it (and I’ve had it for just about a month) is that the mileage isn’t real accurate on it. I didn’t expect it to be, so that wasn’t a deal breaker for me in ordering it, but on a 4 mile run, it might only catch 3.7 miles of it… and that’s with GPS on. I’ve run with it and my phone (which is what I typically use, that and knowing the routes I run ahead of time) and it will rate your times off, and doesn’t catch all the mapping. But everything else it does (including the weight training exercise option) I can tolerate it being off and just adjust it in the app, but the walking steps I do know are accurate enough so I’m good with it. Also love having the different watch face options. Overall great little option and nice on the price.

I don’t have anything to compare against since this is my first tracker, but I’m loving it so far. I don’t know how accurate it is, but I figure it will at least be consistent…so I will have an idea of how much activity is average for me in a day and I can work from there. I love that it tracks my sleeping…or lack of I should say. The best thing about having this is that it makes me aware of, and think about what I eat, activity level, sleep, and water drinking. I’m not a water drinker..this helps me remember to do it. I was sure I would be bothered by wearing something on my wrist all the time, but I’m really not. I purchased the lilac Inspire HR and I love the color of the tracker part. It’s a dark dusky lilac. The illumination is light lilac. Very pretty.
The bad:
I do not like the band that came with it.
I do not like the ridiculous price of the replacement bands Fitbit offers.
The charging cord that comes with it is stupidly short…I mean SHORT.
It also does not come with an adapter for the wall plug in.
Does not come with screen protection. Seems like that would be an easy inclusion.
The good:
It’s waterproof, so you don’t have to take it off when in water.
It has a slimmer profile so not as bulky as others I’ve seen.
The app is nice to use.
I love the lilac color.
You can change the clock face design.
Was fairly easy to set up. I’m sure there are more things for me to discover.
Love the sleep tracking.
I found a replacement band on Amazon that matches the lilac Fitbit Inspire HR perfectly…like it was made for it specifically. It comes in many colors. It’s super comfy and very reasonably priced. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XJBGX4W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I found a charging station with a LONG cord on Amazon also very reasonably priced.
