The hardware to mount to the wall is certainly strong enough, and they do include a number of mounting anchors and screws. However, the manner in which the shelf slides on to the metal wall bracket leaves a lot of “play” and the shelf will not sit level/perpendicular to the wall. The shelf will tip downward a few degrees making it appear as though items will slide off if they don’t have enough friction to hold on. I will need to re-engineer the manner in which they mount if I want them to sit correctly.

I purchased these shelves to put above my coffee bar. The support bracket is basically inside under where the ball jar that says coffee and the ball jar that says decaf is. So basically not a very sturdy shelf at all. I couldn’t use my actual canister set. I used old ball jars because they’re light weight. My canister set would be far too heavy. I don’t recommend these for anything heavy or for books etc. They look good, but feel like they’re made basically for show.

Listen, I knew these weren’t gonna be great based on the price, but wow this underwhelm even those low expectations. Where to start…. The wall anchors are too big and brittle to be effective and have a tendency to break. While one of the shelves has all 7 screws and anchors, the other only came with one screw. The wall bracket is solid enough but the holes in the shelf are about 1/8″ bigger than the bracket meaning the shelves will rattle loosely and hang loosely off the wall. The plastic veneer on one of the shelves doesn’t cover all the way to the edge leaving a 1/8″ strip uncovered on the top of the shelf. Overall this is the worst product I’ve ever purchased on amazon and I would strongly recommend you avoid these shelves

These shelves are very poorly built, and the wall mounting piece does not keep them stable at all. You can literally grab the shelf and wobble it up and down like an inch. I had to get metal support brackets for them and now they are sturdy, but I’d recommend going with different shelves entirely.

I was trying to find decent sturdy pegboard shelving and after searching and purchasing the top rated one, with it not fitting or being good quality at all I decided to go with these instead. This does require you screw them into your pegboard but if you’re looking for something permanent like me, these worked really well and look a lot better. I also have these on a normal wall and they look great there too.

These are fine for lightweight items, but the shelves still have movement in them when attached to the wall so I certainly wouldn’t put books or a plant that has any weight on them

These Fixwal 15.8-inch Floating Shelves are terrific. They are the right size for my application and look great. Their profile is just right for small objects, and you will not require a curio cabinet or anything bulky that will distract from the items you want to display. They were easy to install, and they have a hole on the bottom where you can add a screw to secure the shelves to the bracket that is secured to the wall. It’s a terrific solution and a great value! I highly recommend them.
