Burnt Titanium PETG is quickly becoming one of my favorite filaments! I’ve loved this color in PLA and ABS, and now it’s great to finally have it in PETG. It prints just as smoothly and looks fantastic, with that same stunning metallic finish. I’m thrilled to have this option in PETG for projects that need a bit more heat resistance than PLA, but easier to print than ABS. Highly recommended!

I tested this filament straight from the package. I ran my usual test print of a cali-dragon and a sample card for my filing system. The cali-dragon was run at 220 nozzle, 60 heatbed, and 60 mms. There were no problems with bed adhesion and it handled the overhangs and indents fairly well. There was a some stringing, so I would probably run this at a slightly lower temp next time or do some drying first. I ran the sample card at 250 nozzle, 60 heatbed and 180mms to test the high speed. The print of the card was quite messy, with lots of over extrusions and stringing. The color is unusual and pretty cool.

Fantastic PETG filament! The metallic silver looks amazing, and it handles high-speed printing really well with no issues. Prints are smooth, with excellent layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy. Works perfectly on my 3D printer—highly recommended for anyone wanting reliable, high-speed printing with a great finish!

So let me say bye first that this brand has proven itself already in my mind and this has been no different. This particular colorway is excellent and beautiful with a metallic blue color that is just stunning. As far as the quality it’s a pretty much standard quality we’ve come to expect from this brand as far as filling it goes. My print quality has come out really good on my k1c printer so I have no issues with the material used here. I think it is at the upper end of the price I would be willing to pay so it’s not really cheap but then again you’re getting a quality that’s going to make your prints look nice and stunning so it’s worth the price of admission. I would definitely recommend this brand for sure and especially this metallic blue colorway

This stuff looks really cool. It has a sort of super dark black/blue/green shade to it and it appears metallic as well. It’s not too flashy though like some of the crazier colors. It makes you want to pick it up and stare into the depths in good lighting. I’m really digging it.

It’s also wound well and caused no clogs or jams or tangles. No issues with adhesion on a textured PEI plate. It’s a bit pricey but it’s really cool and unique. I’d recommend it.

I got this to try on my Bambu X1C. The adhesion is great, and it worked great at the higher speeds provided with the X1C. The metallic color is amazing. Will definitely try other colors of this PETG from Flashforge.

I’ve never used FlashForge filament of any type, so this was a first for me even though I’ve printed a lot of different types of PETG. The filament comes boxed and vacuum-packed with desiccant and wound on a plastic spool. Burnt titianium is an AMAZING color, I was impressed when I saw it! The filament is neatly wound and was pretty dry. While not less than 15% moisture right of the bat, my dryer was able to get it drop within the first 20 minutes so not bad. I will note that I’ve used High Speed filaments before, and have never seen a label with 2 different ranges of temperatures – very intriguing.

As for printing, I started out with my standard benchy STL for PETG, printing with a 235 hot end and 70 degree bed temp. I don’t print fast, so I used normal print speeds of 60mm/s perimeters and 200 mm/s fills. As you can see, the benchy came out very stringy – more stringy than normal for petg using my standard print settings. I printed the calidragon using my standard STL file and it also came out stringy. I”m thinking that this spool has a little more moisture than most spools I get and should be placed in a dryer for a few hours before printing.

I waited a couple of hours to let the material sit in my dryer, and then started printing some functional parts for an equipment mount along with a fun articulating rhino print. The quality came out MUCH better after drying for a bit.

Overall, this is a great filament to work with and I would not hesitate to use again. The color is pretty cool and the quality of the prints is fine once you dry the material. I recommend giving this filament a try if you’re a looking for a different color to use.
