This tool is heavier and nicer quality than I expected. I got this to add to my bugout bag and I’m so happy I did, I like that it’s pink color doesn’t give off the vibe that I’m a survivalist but more of just a lady who has a tool in case of emergency or for use around home. I ordered this FLISSA Multitool, 16-in-1 Pink Stainless Steel Multi Tool, EDC Multitool with Pocket Knife, Screwdriver multitool for myself, because I found I was borrowing my husband’s a lot.
I often find myself looking for a blade to open packages. My husband loans me his big multitool, which has a sharp blade. When I saw this smaller version, I thought it would be perfect for my package-opening. It was smaller, a better fit for my small hand, and I loved the pink color.
This little multitool is full of useful gadgets. It includes: a knife, serrated blade, and saw that I can use to open my packages. The smaller size tool has sharp blades that fit my hand well; my husband’s knife felt large to me, but these are more comfortable for me to use. For what it’s worth, my hands are small. People call them china-doll hands when they’re nice about it; my teenager teases me and says I have little teeny T-Rex hands that can’t reach the piano. This is a smaller multitool, I love the 4” folded size (6” when the pliers are fully extended).
It also has : a pair of long nose pliers, bolt gripper, two wire cutters (soft and hard), a Phillips screwdriver, a flat screwdriver, a can opener, a bottle opener, scissors, a ruler, and a file.
This is small enough to go into a good-sized pocket at 4” x 1.5” when folded shut. I love having my own mini tool set, I can use the screwdrivers when assembling flat pack furniture, and it’s always convenient to have the bottle opener at hand, as my husband and son drink the Mexican real sugar Cokes in the tall glass bottles.
I’m a pink girl, so I love the pink enamel. It’s a bubblegum, Barbie pink, very cute.
This is still new, some of the tools are a little tricky to get out of the folded formation, but my husband tells me this loosens up with use in a multitool. His hands are stronger than mine, if I can’t get one out of the tool, I ask him to do it. He did mention that his multitool has a small cut in each blade/tool to make it easier to grasp with a fingernail and open; this multitool doesn’t have these on the blades, making them a bit trickier to open.
