There are many other N95/N97/N100 devices available which have properly working fans. This one has a fan which is always at 100%. It is not extremely loud, but is clearly audible if the machine is nearby.
There is no reason to choose this machine over the numerous other choices with temperature-controlled fans.

As an IT of 20+ years, I bought this because it was cheap ( with coupon of course ) so i decided to test it out. I been using a duel boot Win11 and Kali linux HP laptop since 2020. Very powerful as i put a 1TB SSD and a 16GB ram stick, not complaints. But i needed something smaller and thats why i got this mini F10. I had zero issue mounting and setting it up ( 10 minutes tops ). Installed a few updates and saved my Windows product key. It saved me alot of room! I decided to open the F10 to check the inside. There is a welcomed spot for a HDD but I rather stick with SSD as they last longer but i tried it out with an old HDD and reformatted it and the F10 sees it no issue. But the lack of having an extra slot for another SSD is lackluster.
I decided to download a few apps but i am having issue with the Microsoft store as the updating of the apps will not update. Did a scan repair and fixed issues, then i did a DISM repair and still having issues. No big deal since its Microsoft. Getting into a BIOS by pressing the DEL key was fun as there is amazing amount of settings. This is a plus! Also there is no bloatware as well!
PRO: room saver, HDD slot, easy mount to tv or monitor, Bios settings.
CON: no extra slot for SSD, no USB-C port

Cercavo un muletto economico che consumasse poco per lo smartworking ad uso ufficio. Ho un pc molto potente ma giustamente energivoro e dovendolo tenere acceso ore per lavoro, mi è sembrata una buona idea dargli un sostituto per l’utilizzo quotidiano. La qualità dei materiali è molto buona, consiglio di prendere subito un taglio da 16Gb di ram perché questo processore non sostiene il dual channel, quindi per aggiornare quello 8Gb andrebbe sostituito e non aggiunto. Dentro c’è un ssd nvme ma sata, nel mio caso da 512 Gb, la velocità è sui 450-500 in linea col le prestazioni sata. La ventolina è un pochino rumorosa ma non fastidiosa, si sente giusto la notte ma niente di che. È vero che il processore puó raggiungere i 3,4 Ghz ma non aspettatevi che ci rimanga fisso, si trova a suo agio verso i 2,6 e in quella fascia resterà quasi sempre tranne leggerissimi picchi di spunto, il sistema di raffreddamento fa quello che può ma non i miracoli. Per il resto ho ritenuto opportuno dare 5 stelle perché ho preso il taglio con N95, 16Gb ram e nvme da 512Gb a 149 euro e devo dire che l’utilizzo per ufficio, un minimo di disegno 3d e slicing per la stampa, netflix, office e addirittura una sessione di minecraft, ovviamente non tutti insieme contemporaneamente, li regge con estrema dignità . Sono contento dell’acquisto e con un consumo così basso mantiene una potenza più che decorosa, non urlo al miracolo ma fa molto bene il suo dovere e quello che mi serve, sostituire il pc uso ufficio consumando molto poco. Si può impostare per essere acceso togliendo e dando corrente, così l’ho collegato da remoto e lo uso anche come file server comandato da una presa wifi, comodo. Era presente Windows 11 ma per paura di malware ho formattato e reinstallato e automaticamente ha riconosciuto la licenza digitale, ottimo!

This Mini PC is nice, compact and works quite well. It is great for regular internet browsing, document writing, and other basic uses. I would definitely not recommend it for playing video games as it lags badly when trying to play them on it and slows down to a crawl.

I use it every day, but it will stop working. I have errors coming from the BIOS during startup. It opens, runs for 5 minutes and stops working. I formatted, reinstalled everything, same problem. It’s a waste of money unfortunately!

Particulièrement satisfait de cet achat. Windows 11 Pro, 16 Go de RAM, Disque dur SSD de 512 Go.
Démarrage un peu plus lent que l’un de ses concurrents, le NiPoGi N5105 – 2,9 Ghz – 8 Go – 256 Go, que je m’étais offert il y a 1 an, dont le démarrage est particulièrement rapide, mais pour le reste, entièrement satisfait de ses prestations : rapide, performant, fluide, c’est encore plus “une bête de course”, parfait pour un usage bureautique / multimédia. Cerise sur le gâteau, la qualité du son de ce PC, sur les mêmes toutes petites enceintes de marque “GOgroove” que j’ai, est vraiment bien meilleure. N’étant aucunement “jeux”, je ne peux pas me prononcer à ce sujet.
Une fois la mise en place effectuée – il suffit de répondre aux questions -, les mises à jour faites, et après l’installation des logiciels préférés (Bitdefender, le navigateur Brave, LibreOffice, MusicBee, Irfanview, …), c’est un véritable plaisir à l’usage.
Etant donné son rapport prestations / prix, je vous le conseille fortement.

La instalación de Windows es un poco liosa, si lo enchufas a internet y arrancas el dispositivo no te dejará entrar en el, desconecta el wifi y el ethernet, entrarás en windows e instalarás
Arranca muy rápido y no hay problemas con todas las labores de ofimática, moviendo escritorio 4k a 60hz sin problemas.
He usado OBS 30, para stremear en 1080p 60fps a doble PC con capturadora usando el codec qsync y va de lujo, casi llega a la calidad de Nvidia de su nuevo codec y supera por goleada el de AMD, usando solo el 3% del procesador.
Usado para un servidor de 7 days to die versión 16, ( La versión vieja que va mal), moviendo 10 personas y 60 zombies y se comporta de escandalo.
Para juegos, mueve sin problema juegos 2D, los 3D poco demandantes en medio-bajo y 720p, imagen de ejemplo: Grim Dawn en bajo 38-50fps a 720p.
Apenas se calienta ni consume y está muy bien refrigerado.
Como ordenador para ofimática, niños, pelÃculas y/o edición ligera es genial si lo encuentras a buena oferta.
