First off, I’ll mention that I took these pictures straight after I pulled this purse from the box and removed some of the wrapping. See in second pic the tags are still on it.
This is the brown version of the purse, and when you look at the listed picture it seems as though the purse is uniformly one color. However, it is not. The flap and strap are more of a reddish brown. Not my favorite color combo, but it’s fine I guess. I do wish it had been portrayed with better pictures, however, because I would not have purchased it if I knew that’s what it really looked like.
The quality is… Subpar. If I’m buying a “luxury” purse, I expect it to measure up to a certain standard of quality. This does not measure up. As shown in the first picture, there is a weird crease on the bottom of one of the inside pockets, that isn’t just the normal creasing of the fabric. The other pocket does not have this anomaly. Secondly, there is a black marking on the pocket from.. something.. that should not be there. It’s faint but still noticable.
The material on the exterior of the purse is fine. It’s nothing special. Not as buttery soft as some other Fossil bags I’ve felt in the past. Don’t like the fabric lining on the inside of the strap but I get the practicality of it. Overall in terms of style it’s a cute purse, and has a good amount of room and pockets, so I do really like the size.
I debated on whether or not I wanted to send it back since I’m not in love with it, but I decided I would just keep it because I really need a purse. I got it for 50% off the regular price, so these things arent THAT big of a deal in terms of what I paid for it. If I had paid the full listing price, however, I would have sent it back in a heartbeat. My advice would be to not pay full price for it, it definitely isn’t worth that amount of money, so wait for a sale if you are interested. Or maybe try to find another fossil purse that was made better, or try another brand entirely.
High Expectations –

Yet another great bag by Fossil. The leather is supple but not flimsy. This bag stands up on its own. I watched a YouTube review by a woman who’s had this bag for a year and hers was holding up nicely. Of course, your experience will depend on hard you are on your stuff. 🙂
The shoulder strap.. be aware that the inside of the strap is fabric. Personally, I’m loving that because the fabric prevents the bag from slipping off my shoulder. Of course, fabric wears faster than leather but I’ll deal with that when the time comes. No shoulder slippage is huge to me!
The size… this dimensions for this bag are provided in the item description. I measured it and found the dimensions to be exactly as described. For those of you who gave this bag a bad review because it’s too small for your liking… really? Pay attention to what you’re buying. You don’t give a bad review because you didn’t read the item description. xD
The quality… excellent. The leather is very nice, the zippers are too and work smoothly, the lining is typical Fossil… not luxurious but good.
Overall, a very nice bag. I’m super happy with it!

Enfin j’ai trouvé une sacoche assez grande pour mon portefeuille et plusieurs autres articles. Beaucoup de compartiments. Pas trop gros et léger. Se porte en bandoulière ou sur l’épaule et est très élégant.

Love this purse as it not only has the main part of the purse, but a zipped compartment in the back, zipped pouch in the front and under the flap another compartment, so there is plenty of room for everything! The strap is adjustable for either on your shoulder or over your head for cross-body.
The main part of the purse is made of material, not leather so I would have preferred if it had been leather as it’s easier to wipe off but the purse is very versatile and you just have to be a little more careful where you set your purse down. I would buy it again for the look and the space it has.

I have always been a fan of Fossil, and this bag did not disappoint. It’s so cute! I have a small crossbody but got frustrated trying to fit my phone in with my cc holder. And getting change out of the small pockets is a challenge. I prefer small crossbody bags but needed just a bit more room. This one is just right. I’s a bit wider than my older bag but not a big bag. The open interior leaves plenty of room for my cc holder and phone, but I don’t need it because this bag has a handy easy-access pocket on back that holds my keys and phone perfectly. I don’t even need to unsnap the purse to get to them. No more squeezing into a small pocket to tug something out. There is also a nice size pocket in front under the snap, and two, yes two additional pockets inside. I love it!
