Fossil FS5447 Minimalist Watch Description
This 44mm Minimalist features a monochrome color palette with a black dial, matching leather strap and two-hand movement. Inspired by the clean lines and minimalism of mid-century modern design, this slim timepiece was built on the principles of balance and proportion. With an unassuming dial and lumed stick hour markers, it’s a simple, uncluttered and functional watch.
Case & Movement: 44mm case, 22mm band width, hardened mineral crystal lens resists scratches, accurate Quartz movement with 3-hand analog display, imported.
Dial: Round black stainless steel case, with a black satin dial and gray accents.
Watch Band: Black, genuine leather band with a secure adjustable buckle closure for a customized fit; interchangeable with all 22mm Fossil straps.
Water Resistant: Up to 30m (100 ft): Will withstand splashes or brief immersion in water, but not suitable for swimming or showering; 3 ATM.

The watch is fine. Delivery of it was terrible. It sat in my mailbox in the cold and was not working when I opened it up. I had to take it to a jewelry store to get a new battery because it was a Xmas present. The box it came in was misshapen and bent and the watch was not secured. It was loose in the box- thankfully the glass was not broken

Initially, I was impressed with the design/materials of this watch. The case is very slim and the crown is unable to be unintentionally adjusted. I also noticed a very weak lume present on the hands and hour markings. After wearing it twice, I realized I had plastic wrap left on the crown. When I removed it, paint from the crown came with it. This may have been a result of wearing the watch multiple times with the plastic on, but it makes me skeptical of the build quality of the watch as a whole. Overall this is probably a good option for people who want a minimal dress watch and don’t intend to wear it often, but may lack the durability needed for daily use.

Estaba buscando un reloj que combinara cierta elegancia con un estilo minimalista. No quería un reloj demasiado voluminoso o pesado. Cuando vi este reloj en oferta en Amazon fue casi “amor a primera vista”. Me gustó el diseño y la combinación de colores (la combinación café-negro-dorado me pareció chulísima). Y como estaba en oferta no la pensé tanto para pedirlo. El día que me llegó me puse muy feliz. Era justo lo que buscaba: un reloj que combinara con los colores de ropa que más suelo utilizar.
En general, estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra. El reloj es bonito, elegante, ligero, se ajusta bien a mi muñeca, no hace ruido como los de otras marcas, etc. Les comparto imágenes y video para quienes aún no se deciden si comprar o no este reloj de marca Fossil.
Nota: sólo hay un detallito. El botón que sirve para ajustar las manecillas suele hacer algo de presión en mi mano y al menos durante los primeros días me ha dejado una pequeña cicatriz. A pesar de ello le doy 5 estrellas al reloj porque no creo que sea una deficiencia del reloj. Supongo que simplemente es algo que suele suceder con la mayoría de relojes que llevan ese botón. Espero que con el tiempo mi piel se acostumbre a ese roce constante.
