Bitey (the big one) –
So I don’t bake cookies often. I use cookie sheets to bake vegetables mostly. And got this for the stainless steel and to avoid the non-stick chemicals.
So the open face often ends up being more a pain than anything for me. But I knew that, so shouldn’t rate it lower b/c of it.
It’s thin but doesn’t warp or bend much in the oven. That said, it’s a bit flimsier than I’d like and my veggie chunks often fall off as it bends when I lift it. Also, they fall through the holes at the corners.
Basically this is great for cookies, but a bit too thin and open for things that want to jump off the sheet.

These are good cookie sheets. They are very durable and easy to clean. The only problem that I have with them is that after they heat up they “pop” and distort in shape. It isn’t a huge problem but you hear a loud pop or bang and when you take them out they are slightly twisted. This hasn’t caused me too much of an issue but it still catches me off guard sometimes. Overall they are good cookie sheets but I just wish that they didn’t distort when heated.

I really like the cookie sheet, and think it is great quality, but mainly I love this seller (Winestuff)! When I received the item, a corner was bent, and had obviously been done when the item was manufacture, because it’s a pretty heavy-duty pan. I wasn’t very happy, but when I contacted Winestuff about it, they immediately sent me a brand new replacement. I didn’t have to worry about sending the old one back or anything, which I really appreciated!! Then, when I was starting to wonder when the new one had arrived, I contacted Winestuff again, and long-story-short found out that the replacement pan had been stolen off my front porch after it was delivered. ๐ Contacted Winstuff again, and they were so nice, and without any trouble said they would ship me a new one again (to a different address). What awesome customer service!! I now have my new replacement, pan, and it is great quality, and works great. What an awesome seller!! I can’t say enough about how well they took care of me, and were so kind and understanding in the whole process!!

I had a dish drainer that needed a drain board and I got this cookie sheet and some feet to prop one end up and it is the bed dish drainer! Easy to clean and sharp looking. Will also last forever.

I have several cookie sheets but I prefer traditional flat sheets with one open end so that the cookies or biscuits may be slid off or taken off easily. I have a 12×16 sheet that I have used for years with no problems, particularly with cleanup and storage.
I also have used the double bottomed sheets, but their main disadvantage is storage and retrieval, particularly if they are stacked with other containers on top of them, particularly the ones with lips on all four sides. I have found no particular advantage in heat distribution with that type.
Yes, these sheets are thin and I would not recommend their use for hitting someone over the head. They might bend.
09/14/2014 I have used these sheets for over a year now. In fact, I originally purchased two and added a third one. These sheets are great! No problems after a year of baking use. One caution. They clean up easily, but also scratch easily. Instructions caution the use of scratchers or steel wool. I agree. Steel wool ruins the highly polished surface. I use a two sided sponge for cleaning. The rougher side seems to do the job on stubborn spots without marring the surface. Because they are thin they cool quickly so that if you are making multiple batches, cooling time for cookie removal is greatly enhanced.

These are ultra thin cookie sheets. Poor quality and they donโt conduct heat well. They also scratch very easily. Terrible label placement. The adhesive is difficult to remove and stuck to the middle of the pan
Grey by my side –
I am in my 40’s and I can’t believe it took this long for me to buy proper cookie sheets! These are great; they make all the difference. I like my cookies chewy and it’s easy to achieve that chewy texture with these sheets since they are thin and don’t over heat. For reference, only one fits in the oven. They wash up nicely. Buy two so you can pop one in the oven while preparing the next one to go in.

I use this tray to make cookies. It’s great. It doesn’t flex or bend in the heat and one end has no lip, so the cookies slide right off. Very professional. It appears to be made of good quality stainless steel and with the low three edges, it can be stored in a narrow space.

I cook with stainless steel so it was good to find this at a reasonable price. The mirror finish is gorgeous, but won’t last long. My “no scratch” sponge made marks on it. I don’t care, I just wanted the stainless.

Used it to bake cookies. Great job on them!!

Flimsy. needs to be thicker. The sticker was almost impossible to get off. Ended up scratching the middle of the pan allot trying to remove it. I have never had an issue like that before. (should of used lighter fluid of WD40 to dissolve it off) I own a Faberware version of this from years ago. It is fantastic. This one, not some much. Its cheap and and just an extra pan to rotate while making cookies. Be careful to not loose your cookies. It is Flimsy. It would be nice if it was 18/10 instead of 18/0 stainless.

We replaced some old, probably dangerous, worn out & scratched-though cookie sheets with 2 of these shiny, stainless steel, cookie sheet pans and now I wonder what took us so long?!? It’s like we never even noticed how bad the 20+ year old ones were and were just under a spell thinking that we couldn’t trash something like an old cookie sheet. You could see the insides of our old pans where our teens had obliterated pizza cutting lines into the pans. We never got ill from cookie sheet poisoning but it’s a true wonder how we didn’t. These new pans GLEAM they are so shiny. We’re a little hesitant to use them because no one wants to make the first scratch! We have used them however and they work well. I’m so glad we got released from the curse of the old cooking pans and found these to replace them. We’re all happy with them now.

Was wondering about quality, but these are really nice and holding up well
