Originally bought an Icarsoft for my Mercedes since I had their older version, which worked great, but I couldn’t get this new scanner to work with my new 2021 GLC300 and couldn’t get any tech help from Icarsoft so I returned it to Amazon and got this scanner for a little more money, and it works great.

In our family, we have three different makes of vehicle, that is Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi and Toyota, and in my prior purchase awareness is that I thought the device can be used for most vehicles which are supported out of the box.
It does not clearly say that you have to pay for other system data of the make vehicle that you want use beside the specific one that is your first choice. In my case, I pay AU $359 and $ 219.44 for hardware and software(data) respectively.
A diagnostic reports is completely useless as is hardly understood and have no time to digest it.
After spending $578.44 nothing is gained from it, but more concerned issues propped up that is not shown as a warning in the car daskboard. So in my conclusion I would not recommended for any light hearted one getting it speaking for myself.

This is a small screen unit .not at all what t pictures . Very complex operation. This was a total waste of money. Should have stuck with a brand I’m familiar with. The description is very vague as well .

Expectations were low – I knew I had a sunroof with a software/pinch sensor glitch (vs. an actual jam or bad module). Poked around at some codes and actuation tests, and in a few minutes, had the sunroom recalibrated and finally closing again. No way that would have been a less than $350 charge at the dealer, so… as other reviews have indicated, this is also great for a whole mass of “junk in the trunk” codes (some of which I cleared just because those radios/services have since been discontinued by MB). I can’t get over how much information this has with my car. An absolute bargain even if it only serves this model range (but I’ll look to expand it – I’m all in on Foxwell at this price point!)

After many different scanners I finally found the one that is exactly what I needed. Easy to operate, basically handles everything for you. Easy updates and wow this is amazing how well it works with my MB E320 CDI. If you clear the code it immediately reruns and if it’s fixed then comes back no fault code, if it still shows it gives you the part number and/or walks you through what is next. I highly recommend this for all MB owners in need o star scanning.

Cleared services codes and registered new battery. Don’t waste money on cheaper products. It works like a touch screen tablet with WiFi for easy updates and all that.
