I bought this a while back when baby girl started getting congested (some time in winter). I bought it along with with the breathe kit. I used it as a diffuser with the oils and it worked great. Below are my key points on concerns people have posted on reviews:
– humidifier sound. It does have a sound, at first it did annoy me but it actually sounded similar to white noise which we sleep with every night. If you’re not used to the sound, the noise on the humidifier may not be for you. I blocked it out eventually.
– diffuser. It worked great! Only thing is that even in the lowest mode it still was a little too strong for me. I would have to turn the vent so it wouldn’t be so direct and strong. But that diffuser along with the breathe oil was great. The scent was soothing and amazing.
– the light. I now use the humidifier as our night light every night. Even without turning in the humidifier. The con to the lights is that it rotates the light colors, from blues to greens. You can choose a color to stay with, you have to wait for the color you want to come on and then stop it so it can stay.
I’m more of a calm light person so I always choose the blues (like in photo I posted). It would be amazing if the button it comes with gives you the option to choose the color.
– that button! Okay, for me, the button needs help. I am not sure if it’s just mine or everyone has this issue, but I will press the button and it won’t work. So I have to press it several times. And that’s an inconvenience also it makes noise every time to click on it which is not helpful when you have a sleeping baby.
– cleaning. Super easy. No mess. Compared to an old humidifier I had. I cleaned all parts. Made sure to dry everything good. And then out it back together easily.

I think the power cord shorted out and I their customer service sent me a new one right away. Then the whole thing stopped working (i think there was an electric surge and it shorted out) and they sent me a new one. Honestly, amazing customer service and an amazing product. Yes, it gets the orange “mold” but you should be cleaning your humidifier once a week. Either way 5/5 if i could give it a higher rating i would. Thank you baby frida!

We had problems with the older and smaller Frida humidifier version and had to upgrade to this one, and I’m so happy I did it, the tank is big enough to last two nights and naps through the day before included, so no need to refill it as often. It’s definitely easier to clean than the older version and different brands, and if you run it with distilled water, it stays quite clean for a long time.

This thing is amazing ! Not only does it have a super classy clean look (which is super important for me because im an interior decor freak) but its also huge and SUPER long lasting before you have to fill it up again in comparison to the other products out there …..

I have gone through several cool mist humidifiers and this has been my favorite. It is very simple but easy to use and most importantly clean. My kids love the lights in it and it’s helpful because it provides some light especially when the kids are sick and I don’t need to completely turn on the lights.

I really loved it when I bought it, but then suddenly after few months use the green stopper which allows the water to pass through melted and kind of shredded, i payed 10k for it and for that amount, it was just not worth it, the saddest part is I can’t find that green rubber water controler which practically means the whole thing is useless.

It looks and works great. With the night light means you can keep it in your room all year, not just in the winter. Double purpose. I would not use it to put oils in it, though, as it causes mold to appear. If you do have a humidifier with mold, just rinse it with bleach, and then of course clean really well, so you don’t get bleach smell in the house.

I love how quite it is and easy to clean! The night light works pretty well too. Both my kiddos like it and can breath in their room.

i have 2 of these for my two girls and they are very sleek and cute to look at but the design makes no sense. it is impossible to get into the small tight crevice’s to get it completely clean. i use a straw sponge to try and wiggle into the small areas but it is impossible to get them all so there is pink mold that i cannot get rid of. i have tried boiling hot water, soaking it in vinegar but it cannot be cleaned. the tank also has tons of spots of black mold in it that i also cannot reach with any type of long straw or bottle sponge because of the way it is designed. again boiling hot water and vinegar can’t get it all out. so basically i have $100 in humidifiers that only lasted a very short time because i cannot keep blowing moldy water into my girls room.

Funciona muy bien, solo que sà es algo ruidoso. A mi bebé no le molesta el ruido del humidificador, pero a mi esposo y a mà sà dado que dormimos juntos.
