I love this little kit! The best part are the nipple heating/cooling pads especially when milk comes in. They are super nice quality and very soft. The nipple cream is soothing and the cracking spray works like a charm. If you leak a lot, I suggest buying a lot more of the disposable nipple pads. There’s quite a few but you might run out!

Love that you can get so many products for this price point! It gives you a chance to try new things. I love that Frida came out with these cooling pads for the freezer! They are cold enough to provide relief but also soft enough that it’s bearable to wear! I also love the nipple cream! Only con is I personally thing the hydrogel pads could be improved and more durable like medela has. Otherwise this is a great kit for moms!

OMG! This was a life saver when I first started breastfeeding. The quality is A1 which is typical for Frida.
The cooling and heating breast pads helped out so much when the breast were full and achy.
The lubricant help so much with cracked nips and made no mess to apply. The cooling gels helped minimize the pain when your a beginner at breastfeeding. Same thing goes with the spray. Would 100% recommend this for all moms with hurting nips

Love that everything you could possibly need is already in a bag ready to be tossed in the diaper bag and come along wherever you go. The nipple balm is amazing and easy to apply. Highly recommend.
