El paquete llegó muy dañado, no pusieron ninguna protección, cuatro latas reventadas y todo se regó y echó a perder dentro de la caja, olía espantoso, el resto de las latas humoradas y huelen muy mal, prácticamente para tirarse, Amazon indica que no hay devolución ni tampoco se puede contactar al vendedor

The scent and texture of my cats’ food is important because I have to smell it and look at it when I open the can to dump their food in their bowls. Frankly, some cat food has a nauseating smell and a disgusting texture. If I don’t think a brand has an appealing smell and appearance, I hesitate to give it to my much-loved cats. Although I would not define my cats as picky eaters, they do appreciate high-quality food. Because they are spoiled, they prefer wet food to dry food. I feel better giving them food manufactured by a company as trusted as Purina. They eat every bit of their serving and seem to prefer it to other brands. For that reason, I consistently buy Purina Friskies Wet Cat Food Variety Pac. I like the fact that the pack contains different flavors. I vary the flavors each day so that my cats do not get bored. My cats are exceptional cats and deserve the best.

Shipping box in great condition but the packaging containing the cat food was mangled. 5 cans crushed and one was leaking. The crushed ones were puffed on top and had to trash them. I’ve always had great deliveries and the cats really like the product. Thank you

I received the box of friskies wet cat food on time but when I opened it. 3 cans were broken open. There were maggots & the stench were so bad I couldn’t stand it. I’m glad there weren’t other orders in the same delivery box.

A mi gato le agrada el sabor, como producto esta bien. Pero el precio se me hace algo elevado y mad que cobren un envio y llegue la caja toda golpeada, practicamente la mitad de las latas estan en mal estado y no es la primera vez que me sucede.

The cats like most of the flavors and there is little waste. Good variety of flavors and a good price per can!
I am not a fan of the coating on the inside of the cans which adds toxins to the food. Pet food is not regulated by the FDA (obviously) so this practice is allowed.

wasn’t until we were more than halfway into the package when we discovered 4 cans were damaged to the point of leaking and were ruined. 4 cans, out of 40 is a 10% loss of product. ThaT IS UNACCEPTABLE

I did not know this was an automatic delivery, my cats didn’t like this Purina fish and wouldn’t eat it. I know you don’t take cat food back. I have no idea what to do with this. I must quit buying from you besides you charge me shipping and started adding days onto my deliveries even though I am a or now was a Prime subscriber and only live a few miles from your huge warehouse.
