Very nice jacket. Well made, nicely stitched, water rolls off the soft waterproof exterior, that has an interior waterproof lining. That lining is stitched and heat-taped so moisture can’t sneak in. The jacket snaps and zips. The pockets are zippered, but they’re shallow pockets, not my favorite. Also not my favorite is the large logo on the front breast. It’s a bit much.

This FROGG TOGGS men’s waterproof fishing jacket is amazing! I’ve gone to many different fishing tournaments and I’ve always hated how cold it is so I got this. This protects you from the wind and water. It fits perfectly and the black color goes with anything. Overall I really like this product and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in this product!!

Fabric is thin where soft outer layer repels well but not like a slicker. Inside has a soft plastic look but stretchy. I like it, used first time on a mid 60s day boat fishing with med heavy rain on occasions. Entire body dry that it covered but exposed pants wet. Guess the matching pant would have been ideal. It’s wind proof stayed warm and dry the hood drawstrings very easy to use and secure. It has zippers under the armpit plus waterproof zippers on the pockets. Hood was large but drawstrings handled wind and rain well keeping secure on my head as the boat cruised. Jacket is longer than expected covering down to crotch I wear a large and 5’11. Length worked out perfect as a raincoat. I will look for matching pants. Really good for the price.point under $100

My sons are in scouts and do a lot of activities rain or shine. We were in need of a new raincoat and this one is perfect. We have Frogg toggs rain pants already so knew this brand put out quality items. This rain coat is super comfortable and slightly heavier than the average nylon rain coat. It moves with you and is not too stiff to prevent fluid movement. For this reason it is perfect for hiking, fishing or any outdoor activity. There are lots of great details on this coat such as the wrists and bottom that cinch and a snapping flap over the zipper to keep rain out. The hood fits well over a baseball cap. Overall, this is a quality made rain coat with a lot of thoughtful details that will last for years to come.

I have not been fishing since I was 10 years old, so that’s not why I ordered this jacket. I ordered it because I needed a better rain jacket than the ones I have been using, and I know Frogg Toggs has quite a reputation for making great waterproof clothes. After doing some research on waterproof ratings, I decided this 10K waterproof jacket would be perfect for me. A 10K waterproof jacket is good enough to handle light to average rain for a short amount of time. It rained where I live the day I received this jacket, so I put it on and went outside to test it. I was outside for about 30 minutes, and the part of my body covered by the jacket did not get wet at all. So I think this will be perfect for my needs. Plus it’s very lightweight, so I won’t get extremely hot when I’m wearing it for a long time. If you need a jacket to keep you dry while spending a long period of time in heavy rain, you should look at one of the 15K or 20K waterproof jackets that Frogg Toggs sells. But they are heavier and more expensive, so it just depends on what your needs are.

I have been a fan of Frogg Toggs rain gear for a long time. This is my favorite product yet. Jacket is lightweight and vey comfortable. Not to mention stylish. It looks good enough to wear regardless of the weather when you need a light outer layer. Size runs true. The jacket is well made and zippers work well. It is very breathable and seems to repel water well. I have not been caught in a deluge yet but so far so good. I got this jacket for fishing and the packable nature of this means it takes up very little space in the boat. I have high performance rainwear that I break out when facing a solid day of rain but this will work great for the pop up shower I tend to get caught in.
It includes a stuff sack and when in the sack it takes up very little space. This would be perfect to throw in a backpack or glove compartment to have handy when the weather turns wet. I have always trusted the Frogg Toggs brand for lightweight, packable, quality rainwear at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend this jacket.
