My dogs love this bed. The Sherpa is cozy warm. The high edges act like a pillow for my dogs to rest their head on. The round shape snugs their bodies as they curl up in a ball. Best of all, I discovered it is washable!! one of my new foster dogs decided to pee on the dog bed. I was devastated thinking I had to throw it out. I forgot that it had a removal cover that had waterproof material underneath. I easily unzipped the cover (which includes the pillow top, then hand washed it with a sanitizing carpet shampoo and then threw it in the wash. Good as new. It was a little bit of a challenge getting it back on, and I should have reshaped it and stretched a little when I took out of the wash and laid flat to dry. I wouldn’t put this in the dryer. But was still able to put the cover back on the pet bed. After a couple days of the dogs laying in it the cover seemed to fit better and was good as new. My pups were so happy rubbing their heads against the freshly cleaned bed. At the time I only had one, so they would take turns. I’ve since purchased two more. The two I purchased, were “used” in Like New condition. I took a chance, but they really are like new, and it allowed me to purchase another one. So now I will have two for upstairs and two for down stairs. These are great, because unlike their donut beds, these don’t take up a lot of space, and I’m able to fit two in my tiny bathroom (they follow me everywhere). I purchased the small, and it fits perfect for my 11lb Morkie, and my 6lb chi mix has room to spare. Pics are of the chihuahua mix (now to purchase a DNA test to figure out the mix part). Don’t hesitate to purchase this bed, new or used.

We bought the medium size for our large fat cat and she seems to like it just fine. The foams are zippered in so they can be removed for washing but we haven’t done that yet. Seems to be well made.

I bought this for my 15 year old 9 lb chihuahua, it fit him precisely when he curls up but no room for anything else. It also is not very thickly padded on the bottom. My 3.5 chihuahua puppy uses it now. I haven’t tried to clean it yet.

I had to throw away his old bed because it was way past it’s shelf life, shabby, he puked in it & there was no way it would survive a wash cycle.
Herries is picky about his “house” and has special requirements. He likes a border small border around the side to make it cozy. The lining is soft & cozy. This bed was a grand slam! It’s sturdy, survives heavy nesting & he took to it the minute it was out of the box.
He likes it so much that he won’t surrender his space for the alpha dog, a Chihuahua.
It’s well constructed & is everything he could want in a bed!

This bed is not what I expected. I thought the center pillow was removable (it is not a separate piece) – it zips out along with the attached bolster fabric. I was hoping to put a pillow case over a removable center pillow for easy cleaning. Size L “just” fits my 35lb pit bull mix. She loves to curl up & this bed is perfect for curling. The egg crate foam base is flimsy, but good enough for my purposes – I put this bed on my leather couch & she crawls right into it. Keeps her off the couch, sort of. I got this for 15 dollars. Not sure I would pay more than that though. But it suits my needs well enough.

I liked the height of the sides and overall look of bed. A removable cover would be preferable. Most disappointed with sides. They have too much give and therefore do not support our dog as well as previous bed when she lays against the sides, even thought she is small and lightweight.

I was looking for a pet bed that can grow with our pup. This was the perfect size and shape. Its easily washable and not too thick, but perfect bottom support. Walls are not too thin. He gets hot when its summer since corgis are double coated. The color of the bed (brown) was the perfect shade. The outer material was like a cloth velvet but was a non-issue for me. Another thing is I like to see whatever is inside his bed, and I really like to keep it clean so I opted for the lighter colored (white) inner sherpa lining as oppsed to a darker shade. I also opted for sherpa, because we live in Seattle, WA, so if and when it gets cold in the winter time, the floor won’t be too cold for him. I also opted for orthopedic foam because corgis are prone to hip problems.
My order arrived on time via Prime. The packaging was carefully done. Upon opening, it was thrice folded. It was easy to unfold and reverted to its orginal shape, no stains, marks or odd sewing.
All in all, I can see him using this for awhile. Our corgi is currently 8 weeks old. And should grow to about 20-25 lbs. He loves this bed! So again, happy corgi, happy mommy. Thanks! 🙂

This product was supposed to be an orthopedic bed. It was soft and very cute. However, the eggcrate padding had a big roll in the middle and wouldn’t flatten out. The padding was too large for the space it was sewn into. Clearly defective.
Rescue Dogs –
The size, shape, and tall sides are exactly what I wanted for my long and skinny 14lb kitty who prefers to lounge propoed up and stretched out like a reclining Venus, rarely sleeps curled up like a normal cat lol. The construction and fabric aren’t the quality I was hoping for though. The “plush” inner fabric is thin and shiny- no biscuits are being made here! The cover overall doesn’t fit snugly so it looks a little sloppy. There is a zipper and the foam sides can be removed from the cover but the bottom 1″ egg-crate style foam cannot. I haven’t tried to wash it. We use this bed on top of our bed; if it was on a hard floor with a heavier pet they would feel the floor through it.
