I needed an awesome summer baseball hat with lots of sun protection yet breathable. I’m loving this hat! I wore it every day chaperoning an 8th grade DC trip in the baking heat, I wear it running or walking daily, and it’s just plain cute for errands. I’m in my 40s with fair skin, and want to reduce sun damage or skin cancer risk, so this hat is a winner! I love the mesh panels in the Georgia heat.

I had high hopes for this hat and it is so pretty in a pale peachy pink with a tiny rose gold emblem. Alas, it has a somewhat puffy fit that some baseball caps seem to have so that it makes me look like I have a large square forehead. I’m sure I’m not the only one who finds the fit unflattering. I have another hat with a more streamlined fit that does not create distortions in the appearance of the dimensions of my head. Otherwise, it is a beauty and the quality appears to be fine as well. Perhaps it will relax a little over time?

I have another so I knew how it would fit ( big, Velcro all the way over ) and I didn’t “need” another hat, but the tie dye blue matches a purse and scarf I have! Nice brim to keep the sun out of my eyes. It is big but stays on. I may trim the end if the Velcro because it’s way too long after adjusting for my small head.

I bought the black and gray hats. The black is a lot firmer/thicker than the gray for some reason. I do swear, but this hat makes my head so hot and uncomfortable. The black one is worse. The thing that drives me insane is how my hair catches in the Velcro straps almost every time I do a pony tail.
