This product is pretty worthless. Tiny screen that started going dark and showing weird glitches soon after purchase. Changing battery did nothing. Garmin claims it’s out of warranty and want to charge me basically what I originally paid for a replacement. No thanks. Do not buy this product it is junk!

RE: Contacted Garmin the manufacture and a new watch was sent and received the next day. So I changed my review rating- so glad they sent it – the grandkids just love these watches. Especially because they do not have to be charged. (Bought 2 of these watches for my grandkids- they absolutely love them – will not take them off. They love the step tracker and they love the adventures for rewards. BUT after 2 months one of the watches just quit working. Trying to find out who will help us as the return date is past. Even anyone can help that would be great.)

We are a fan of these watches. They are simple and functional. We Have one for each of my kids. However. The middle has fallen out for no reason and lost. My daughter doesn’t even take it out. Weak rubber?? Wish it was more secure on that fact.

I love the concept of this fitness watch for kids but it’s so dark…when you push the button it lighens up a little bit, but is still very hard to see which makes it hard for my child to be excited about. Maybe it’s a malfunction or I’m missing something?

Since she sees her parents and older sister using our Apple watches to track steps and workouts, my youngest daughter has been begging for one of her own. We believe six is too young to be responsible for such an expensive item and also dangerous because of the phone and tracking features. We did a lot of research before selecting this watch. This Garmin offers very simple features for a fair price. The app syncs to a parent’s phone and we’re able to see everything she sees on the watch but from a parental controls point of view. Steps, workouts, but in my opinion the best part is chores. She’s always been a bit stubborn in completing chores, but since we started assigning chores to the watch it’s been like “special missions” she’s going on. Another cool feature is being able to set an alarm on the watch through the app for her to do certain things. As little ones learn time management it’s neat to be able to set up multiple alarms to keep her on track without having to constantly remind her to pay attention to the time. Would recommend this watch.
