Great case, exactly what I needed… lightweight/portable, yet solid construction and protective (as a gig bag, not meant for abuse). Seems like solid workmanship and strong materials so far.
I was looking for a gig bag for my c-melody sax but lot of other options just weren’t easily customize-able for the c-mel… I found this one works great with only minor temporary modifications to fit snugly (great interior form/cushioning for this), so it can easily be used back and forth between my c-mel and tenor. The handle is great IMO, not sure why some people don’t like it… It’s 2 pieces that clip easily together, feel solid and comfortable in the hand.
All of this for an great price! Significantly less money than other comparable options that honestly just wouldn’t have worked as well for me anyway. Happy with my purchase:)

I have two of these now – one for my natural horn (made by John Bellanger) and also for my backup horn (King 2269 Fidelio). Both are FANTASTIC and lightweight. They fit the horns well and are quite durable. I’m very pleased. Had them for many years and they hold up.

I got this for my grandson who plays the french horn. The case that came with the horn was very heavy and he is a little 5th grader. I ordered this case trying to make his horn easier for him to carry. SUCCESS!! The case is awesome and he can carry it easy. This case plus his horn is lighter than the case that came with his horn. Looks to be very sturdy and well made. We just got it but I think it is an awesome case. My husband has some Gator gear that he uses on his musical equipment and he has had that for several years. Looking forward to the horn case lasting for years. Thanks Gator for making a great case.

I love this case! I needed something to carry my Conn Director cornet, and this does the trick great. When I first looked into the case, I was surprised to see no mouthpiece slot. I figured the small storage area inside of the case would work fine, but when I picked up the case the mouthpiece fell out of the slot and was clanging against the trumpet. I ended up putting the mouthpiece into the front pocket, which isnt all that bad but it would be nicer to be able to have the mouthpiece either in the storage area or in it’s own slot so I dont have to open up another pocket. The storage slot in the case isnt very large either; it can fit a bottle of all cass valve oil but even that’s a little snug. Besides those things, though, it works great! The quality matches the price in most cases, I feel confident that I could use this case throughout the rest of my life. The front zipper pocket can hold mutes which is pretty nice. Its not too wide or long – all in all a nice package! Just a couple things tweaked and it would be absolutely perfect

Bonito estuche, fuerte, practico y elegante. Excelente.

I purchased a used trombone for my son as he has now started band in school. I didn’t realize the trombone I purchased didn’t come with a case. Received this today and from the look and feel, I love it. It’s lightweight and soft but has enough cushion to keep the instrument secure and protected. It’s also much more comfortable to carry than the big clunky cases.

    Very happy with this purchase.

Actually there isn’t anything I *don’t* like about this case. Bought for plane trip. Didn’t check it with checked baggage – I probably would never do that, but, it fit in the overhead quite nicely. Because there are TWO outside pockets, you can store other stuff in them (up to about 1 – 2″ thick). The inside storage pockets are small – one for the neck & the other for mouthpiece, flexible ligature, & reeds & cleaning wand. I’m actually really happy with this case. It fits my Bundy beater alto sax quite well. The strap for the case isn’t really padded, so the case strap isn’t the most comfortable if you’re carrying on your shoulders, but what do you expect for $67! Overall very pleased with this case. FYI the case doesn’t fit your music.

The case is lightweight yet sturdy. Waterproof too. The horn fits well in it. It won’t work for use in the hold on a plane but then again it’s not designed for that. The price was quite reasonable. Thanks

I have been using this case as my main case for a couple months now and there’s a lot I have to say. For starters, There is no side bag like the photo. It shows having two bags (left and right), inside it’s very spacious for any tenor saxophone to fit but, your horn will move a lot if you don’t have the right saxophone plug or if you don’t keep some kind of blanket underneath the horn to keep it compact and secured. Overall if you need something temporary this is a cheap and efficient way but as a main case. Nope.

My son loves this case for his trumpet. It fits the trumpet, the mute, some cleaning supplies and some sheet music for his class. He keeps most of the music in a binder, but it’s convenient that he can fit the piece they’re working on now in there. The longer strap makes it easy to carry when he’s got his other instruments with him. He prefers the short handles most of the time. The soft bag helps in school; his old hard case was getting complaints from other kids about accidentally getting hit, or their instrument cases getting hit, but this one hasn’t generated one complaint while still being hard enough to fully protect the trumpet. His old case broke beyond repair when he tripped and fell on it last spring and we replaced it with this one. So far, it’s been used in high school for the spring semester, made it through a move over the summer, and now we’re back to school and it still looks brand new. I’m very happy with the purchase, although I was ambivalent about the pricing I now think it is totally worth it.
