  1. Samantha Suarez-Rivera

This dish washer is garbage. Ive had it for 5 months and for about 2 months I’ve been dealing with intermittent starting and stopping after I start a cycle. I start digging trying to figure out whats wrong and I see that the latch sits too high for the door. Theres no adjustment for the door to move up so I basically had to take off the door latch and remove the excess metal that is under the switch in order for it to engage properly with the door and not open itself mid cycle. After all that work and trying to figure out how to fix it the dishwasher finally works. If I had called their warranty they would have just replaced the latch thinking that was the problem. GE should have worked this out by now.

My GE products have not lasted more than 5 years, tops.

I would not buy another GE product.

I was really hoping this dishwasher would have lasted longer, I called GE and will update accordingly if they are able to fix it.
