My old (20 years?) insulated cookie sheets needed replacement. I was hesitant to buy these, but needn’t have been. They are a great size, and amazingly non-stick. I always use parchment paper to reduce cleanup, but it’s a little hard to keep the paper from sliding around as I put these in the oven. Very sturdy.

The pan seems to be ok, just made cookies which turned out fine.

I bought this to use as a pizza steel. It is good quality, non-stick. The size is what is stated in the listing. It is not flimsy, of good quality. It has a stop on one end; so it keeps the pizza from sliding too far and making a big mess. This would be 5 stars for me, except for the fact it has 2 large dents. I will come back and update about the exchange process.
