Love this skillet… took the sting out of having ruined my favorite, THIS is now my favorite! The food just slides off, even water rolls right off making it a breeze to hand-wash and dry. The deeper sides make it more versatile than my old skillet. I LOVE that it comes with a lid, helping my eggs cook softly on top. The only “con” is that the lid handle gets hot, but that’s why we have potholder, so it’s ok. I highly recommend this skillet. I’ve used it several times and it’s still gorgeous, the bottom glows, the sides, a beautiful dimpled copper. Just a great skillet to cook in! (I don’t even miss my old one; this is better!) Enjoy! Hugs!

I have arthritis in my hands and it is difficult to pick up a heavy frying pan , but this one is light weight and none stick with no scratches yet . I’m very happy with my purchase ! 🥘 🍗

This is a great skillet. Very thick and seems like it will last a long time. I love the lid and it’s a great, medium sized skillet. I love the color. Overall it is a good value for the money. I’ve used it several times since buying it. It is my go to skillet for most things.

Lighter weight than expected but great non-stick, easy to clean surface. Heat distribution even. Great for making flavorful egg dishes and grilled sandwiches.

Nothing, but nothing sticks to it. Super easy to clean and cooks wonderfully. This should be the norm for all frying pans.

The ‘nonstick’ frying pan I had been using for years was a mess. I knew I needed to replace it — but I wasn’t willing to buy another cruddy one that I knew would end up just like the one I had. And I wasn’t willing to spend the $$ for the one I really wanted. Then I saw this one and read the reviews. One video review from a regular guy sold me. He had been using his for about 3 weeks and it looked brand new. He commented about how much he could fit in the pan. I was also impressed that it is safe up to 550 degrees. I bought the pan and boy, have I been enjoying cooking stuff! They say you can use steel utensils in it, and I have done so very gingerly. Mostly, I just use silicone spatulas to move things around. It does a SUPERB job on sauteed onions. Last night I made blueberry pie filling from frozen blueberries. Cleanup is quick and easy. Oh — I LOVE the lid! It fits perfectly and cleans up just as easily. If you’re debating — don’t. Just buy it. It goes into my “what did I ever do without it” category!

Great pan for Low – Med Heat, easy clean up.
Not for High Heat, causes more burning & more clean up time.

I love this skillet. 98% on point from me
* it doesn’t burn food, but can get things crispy if that’s what you want – like with fried potatoes.
* no need for lots of butter or oil to keep the food able to slide along without getting stuck to the bottom – nothing sticks 😀
* cleanup is a breeze – so far, nothing has stuck to any part of the pan – not potatoes, not eggs, not cheese, not grilled buns or bread… so nice and easy cleaning – I haven’t had to use much pressure to clean it
* easy transference from stove to oven to plate
* height of sides is such that you can’t flip items (it’s sides are too vertical instead of lower horizontal) you have to use a spatula or other turning device, but it makes up for that one issue in that it cooks so evenly across the skillet
**** the only issue really, thst needs addressed is that the lid has a handle that is just metal… I’m sure it because thst allows the pan to go in the oven at higher temperatures with the lid on it, but it would be nice not to burn.myself from hitting a piece of my hand on that handle and it coming away like I’d been branded from it…. a coating for the lid’s handle would be nice… but it’s easy enough to deal.with..
So overall, this is an excellent buy. I love it. 98%. Only taking off points for the lid getting too hot and the skillet’s handle getting too hot too…. everything else is awesome. The height of the sides is more than I expected, but it’s such a small thing to deal with its negligible…
So far it’s very durable, easy to use, pretty… oh, it’s just a little heavy for the skillet handle. It’s a little hard to keep it even in the air. Trying to turn it one-handed is even harder, but again, those things can be worked around because everything else is do good. But in future, if it could be balanced better, it’d be appreciated.
Just the right size for family cooking, or single use if you want some leftovers.

I’ve only just used this product, I just like looking at it it’s so beautiful, I used it to cook egg fried rice, it’s so nonstick all the ingredients was moving around with very little effort, nothing was sticking to the pan, at the end of cooking I could have just wiped it clean.
