Bought these to replace our outdoor Christmas lights. Love them. Just need to figure out how to get them to come on set to what I want.

Delivery estimate was good. Purchased this for the roof of a gazebo.
I didn’t realize just how many presets it came with. There are so many colour modes in the app that you’ll never get around to testing them all, and then there’s a whole website of community content you can use.
The bluetooth works all the way across the house. The 3M is good enough if you’re putting it on top of a flat surface, but if you’re hanging the full length upside down, you probably need the included clips. I just installed it so I can’t speak to how weatherproof it is, but at this price if I get one Canadian year outdoors I’ll be satisfied.

This item has been amazing. Had a long time and has stayed up on my porch with no sagging is issues since purchased in 2022. Only downfall is I have OCD one one led light is now a different color than the others. Some color changes make it so you do not notice but the one led is very noticeable as it is an entire different color at times pending color schemes making it a killer for me. It is very durable, reliable and 2 years is a good run. Shame the one bad pixel has made me insane and does not justify cost of an entire set. Will be sticking to the brand though as they make great stuff and all my other items of this brand work great. If you are questioning going with another brand, my recommendation would be to give this one a try. I feel you would be impressed with quality and features using the app. Installation was also super easy as it is a peel and stick. Just be 100% sure you take time to clean your surface before applying. That will be what determines if you have issues with them sagging, falling, etc. Happy led lighting.

love all the modes of these lights & the different colors. I change the colors and modes often, just because I can. Especially days such as Veterans day or Independence day where as i can make them red, white & blue. We now have 3 sets of them!

Support was great, called them and received expert advice. Thought I needed to cut the led strip for corners on my porch. Support said it could not be cut and provided advice on installation options for corners.

Awesome lights! These are programmable and have a timer you can set for on/off, and you can vary it by individual days. The programming does require downloading an app to control, but there is a On/off button on the cord. Individual color programming is limited to 4 light sections/color of the strand/rope. I considered getting the permanent Govee lights, which are individually programmable, so this is only one shortcoming of this product. The only other issue that I have with this product is that the adhesive on the strip is worthless in Northeast US winter weather. I have now installed the clips with screws, which the light strip clips into and can easily be removed as needed. LOVE these lights, and our neighbors all commented on them.

The lights looks amazing on my home for the Christmas decorations, and they would do it for the rest of the year’s festivities including parties or just for fun.
The lights are not easy to install if your roof has sections, but totally worth to separate them to get them look right. Yes ! you can cut them (I recommend to cut in the copper connection) to make several sections, but you need to use all the 32′ coil to avoid having issues.
I fund these connectors to be the best quality: “QIJIE LED Strip Connector Terminal 3 Pin 10mm Non-Waterproof IP20 for Dimmable” the grip of these connectors are the best I found here in Amazon, then I used heatshrink + heat gun + white tape, to make a water proof connection. From there you can get some exterior 20AWG cable to get your home look sharp. I also got some big tie wraps and some wood screws to make extra ties, since the package only comes with 15 ties and to have them set up properly and easily the tie wraps + screws were the best choice.
Not easy to install if you want to get it right, but once it’s done it totally worth it.

I purchased a set a couple weeks ago and I was totally impressed with the brightness and colors. UNTIL a few days ago. I noticed that a 1 foot section of the blue hue had went out. That means, any colors that pull blue will not work properly and show a completely different color, as pictured in my review. I decided to order a replacement, Rather than getting my money back. My replacement shipped quick and I had it here within two days. Soon after I received the replacement, I Remove the defective set and installed the new ones. Again, they looked great! I was smiling…..But thennnnnnnn, about an hour after installing, a 1 foot section of Blue hue went out on the new set about 5 feet away from the spot that went out in the first set!
Do not buy these!! Especially, if you plan to use the blue!!!!!

We found this product as an alternative to professional jellyfish permanent lighting for a fraction of the cost. If you’re willing to do the installation, which isn’t too difficult depending on your roofline, it’s well worth the investment. I suggest purchasing better quality screws. The screws it comes with strip really easily. Plan out the spacing of your clips and don’t rely solely on the adhesive strip. It would be nice if there were at least 2 more clips in the pack so you need to really plan out your spacing. Plan out your electrical so all the strips are going the same direction. The app has many pre programmed light pattern options in addition to creating your own. We get many compliments. We literally have people stop at our house to ask where we got our lights. My wife continually makes me add more. I’ve had the lights mounted for 1 year now and I haven’t had any problems. I installed the lights all by myself, first time ever doing something like this and it took me about 15-20 hours for everything. Planning everything out and hiding the electrical as well as install.
