I have a M148 fwd printer and this fits perfectly. I am thrilled to find a drum that is compatible with my printer. I do a lot of printing for my job. I have been using the brand name drums, which last a long time, but when it needs to be replaced, it really hurts the pocketbook. I don’t know how many pages I will get out of this drum, because it will be a while before it needs to be replaced, but when I get the message to replace this, I will definitely give an updated review. Now that I have found this drum, I’m going to order a few more to have them stocked up. Two thumbs up from me for now.

Printer manufacturers found yet another way to get more money from the consumer. Not only do you need to buy toner cartridges, but after 3 or 4 cartridges have been used, you need to replace the drum. I’m on my third toner cartridge, so I’m close to needing a new drum unit. I don’t want to find out the hard way the printer won’t print because I need a new drum. Instead I got this one so that I’m prepared. I don’t anticipate any issues, but if things change, I will update this review. At about 1/4 the cost of a brand name drum replacement, this is a great value. I nstoppes using the manufacturers cartridges or drum units and have never had issues with any third party products.
