Product doesn’t mention it has a US plug. Nightmare trying to return. Requires extra copies of the returns info to be placed in plastic bags / outer clear envelopes (as going overseas). Wasn’t told any of this when trying to return. If you’re a busy person and / or don’t have access to a range of returns options or can’t get out easily then avoid buying this product.

I am such a fan of this crockpot. It works wonderfully. The timer is a blessing since you can set it and when finished, switches over to keep warm function to avoid burning the food or over cooking. It was super easy to clean when I was finished using it. The inserts fit perfectly, and the quality of my food was fantastic. I was so excited to finally find a pink crockpot! It matches my kitchen wonderfully and is so freaking cute! Highly recommend.

The first few weeks of using this crockpot it had a burnt plastic smell. I didn’t think/believe it came from the crockpot, but from the heating element. The smell is gone now, so ?
Otherwise, it’s really nice to have a lightweight, easy to clean crockpot!
Everything works great.
The handles that don’t heat up is a nice feature too.

I love this slow cooker because of the convenient features. It is suprisingly lightweight and easy to clean. The timer function is simple to use. I haven’t tried the delay start feature. Be careful not to use a metal tool to serve, the inside does scratch easily.

Made some chili yesterday, (hotter than noon, it’ll melt your spoon) the cooker was very easy to use and performed well. I love the light ceramic insert, cleanup was a breeze.

I love everything about this slow cooker! It is light weight, super easy to clean and very easy to use. I recently replaced a ceramic slow cooker that was way too heavy, ran very hot (even on the low setting) causing the food to burn and made it very difficult to clean. The GreenLife cooks very evenly. It has a definitive low setting that remains stable all day and the food is cooked perfectly. I just used the high setting today to rush some soup along in 3 hours and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

Nice color, light weight. Have used it twice and it has produced nice meals. However, for an unknown reason we were unable to get it to cook on low/medium, only on high. Liner is light weight and easy clean. Gave it only 4 stars because of the temperature problem.

I love this simple product with the right features for making a great meal. I love the ability to delay the start time so that I can prepare everything before I leave for work, and then have the crockpot start 3 hours later so that my food is not overcooked when I return home. This is the perfect size for 3 adults for two nights worth of meals. It cooks to perfection every time. Very easy clean-up and a very versatile product that can be used in multiple ways.

Description did NOT say ‘not suitable for UK voltage’ (wrong plug). Tried to cancel minutes after ordering but seller did not allow any cancellations. Absolutely shocking.. Item arrived many weeks late on the wrong day…..read other UK reviews which said product exploded… Arrived packaged in box which had clearly been opened and repackaged several times with bits of different labels all over it, plus loads of sellotape which was very suspicious.
What is Amazon doing about this?

So light and easy to clean! I was worried it would be too small since it was replacing my previous 8qt cooker. I realize, now, that my old one was really too big (and heavy) for a family of 4 and this one is still plenty big to cook for 6-8 people, if need be. Love the turquoise color, too!
