Wish I could fit a humbucker without routing but still a great guitar. High E tuner is mounted a little crooked. Amazon shipped me this guitar that appears to have been messed with and shipped back (see marred bridge pins) a little disappointed there. I can’t speak on the action for this reason as mine has already been adjusted. I like the accents Gretsch puts into the hardware. Currently have it tuned to G 0 standard with no issues and I feel like it could go lower.
I mostly play hard rock and metal so I may end up swapping the pickups but this guitar has a really cool vibe. Clean tones sound beautiful and musical. Low end is very full but not as tight as you might want for hard rock but still good and usable. Only thing left to do after you purchase your baritone is to check out The Bunn.
