With kids and dogs, my car needs every bit of support to keep the fantastic plastics in good shape. This is easy to apply and seems to do the job. So far so good at least.

It’s hard to go wrong with Griot’s Garage products. I’m been using their products for a couple decades and am always satisfied with them, and I’m satisfied with this vinyl & rubber protectant. Easy to use, and great results. Don’t use on leather though. Also, it’s not just for renewing older faded vinyl & rubber. It’s good to use this on newer vehicles too, to help keep vinyl & rubber from aging over time, and to help prevent water spots on exterior trim. Also has some use around the house, like on plastic deck boxes, garden hose storage bins, exposed door and window weatherstripping. Leaves a satin finish, not wet look.

I was honestly a bit bothered by how much packaging waste went into this, and that they included a full sized catalog of their products. I get that it’s a marketing thing, but that kind of unnecessary and yet intentional waste turns me off of brands.
As for the actual product, it’s more expensive than some of the other brands I tend to use on my luxury car, but I do know you can expect decent quality with Griot’s Garage stuff.
don’t love the smell, but to be expected with this sort of product. My sprayer is kind of hard to use (almost like it’s “gunked up”, despite being a new product).
Bottom line: I would NOT purchase again.

Received this Griots Garage vinyl and rubber protectant and put it to work on my Honda Pioneer 520 UTV. The UTV sits outside everyday so the vinyl seat was looking at bit dull.
After washing the UTV I applied this protectant to the seat and it brought it back to life without being overall glossy. As a plus it gave the seats some ceramic protection so water beads off better than it did before.

Wow, I didn’t know that there was a product out there that could make my 10-year-old Honda steering wheel look like new. As you could see in the photos, it appeared that the leather was worn off of them, after I used this product, it brought it back to new. It also did a great job on my headlights and seats. I can use this stuff on just about anything.
For all the things it does, it’s a very good price. And doesn’t take that much effort to make things look like new again.
