Great cleaner especially for tires ( on my truck)
Doesn’t stain the wheels leaves it a nice clean factory finish once cleaned with a brush to remove the grime on the tires

I use Griot’s Garage products for all of my vehicle cleaning needs. For many years I used Bleche-White for tire cleaning but when Black Magic bought them out they changed the formula and it hasn’t been as good since. I then started using Griot’s Rubber cleaner among others.
It works as well as or better than other rubber cleaners but not as good as the old-formula Bleche-White. It takes a little more scrubbing and sometimes on heavy dirt I have to repeat the cleaning process to get the tire really clean. The gallon jug from Amazon is convenient and more economical. This stuff works great. You can really see it slide off your car after washing it. Not sure if it’s more effective than regular dish-soap, but you can see the difference when you wash it off your car.

I like my tires clean and black but not super shiny and this product does just that. I also apply a rubber protector after washing the tires. This lasts about 6-8 weeks for me.

I purchases this product in Dec. 2014. I have recently noticed that this product is not the normal pinkish color formula I’m used to getting. I thought whatever its no big deal but recently I’ve noticed it’s been underperforming and not as effective. After further inspection the label is different from the normal label when I purchase from Griots direct. My gallon jug says “Environmentally Safe Degreaser” but the normal gallon says “Care Care for the Professional”. I have included a picture and see how discolored the remaining formula is.
UPDATE***
I contacted Griots Garage direct and was informed the gallon jug I received was out of production 5 years ago. So I basically received a product that had been sitting on the shelf close to 5 years. With that, this solution does not clean my tires very well. I understand it’s out of the normal return period but I’m pissed that I was sold a product not described in the picture (my gallon pic is posted).
