This cage is fantastic for its price. Its quality is excellent, and the included platforms are practical. Despite the absence of assembly instructions, putting it together is quite straightforward and intuitive. The main drawback is that the wheel structure isn’t very robust. Yet, with the help of a suggestion to use thread tape for reinforcement, the wheels are now exceptionally sturdy and long-lasting. In conclusion, I highly endorse this cage for fellow pet owners.

This product seemed reasonably priced at first, but after a few months of use, I am so adamant to write a review to caution others to consider not buying this cage. The materials are cheap and badly designed. The wheel stands at the base wobble and never fully secure themselves to remain stable. The brake locks on the wheels do not stay unlocked and it becomes evident that whoever designed this cage did not do any quality testing. The base stands/legs themselves will break after a couple of months or light use and you’re looking for longevity for more than a few months, please, I urge you to look elsewhere. Once the stands/legs give out, the tray at the bottom that holds the litter will not support the cage because the cage was designed to have the legs regardless. I will be looking for another cage. I bought this cage in mid-July, and it is now early September, and I am appalled by how this product serves little to no quality for pets and ease of use is simply not there. It’s difficult to clean and readjust the plastic platforms. The ramps connecting to the platforms are difficult to take apart. In essence, it appears that whoever made this has no pets of their own and simply thought by producing a product that mirrors the design of other cages would allow them to either wing it or profit from consumer trust. Please consider an alternative.

There are 3 very good reasons you should NOT buy this cage. 1st…. not 1 part had a part number to it, and the instructions are TERRIBLE! This assembly is lay out all you pieces and guess! So if you get one piece wrong, you have to take it all apart to get it right 🤬 I’m not happy label the parts! 2nd….there is NO metal rack as a floor, your pet has to just stand on the dirty old poopy pan as the bottom floor pan all day long, gross! 3rd….the different levels for inside the cage are plastic and the shelves attaches to the metal cage with plastic. Also, it’s an act of God to get the plastic shelves up and on the correct bar. This cage is NOT built to last, the plastic shelves and the plastic hooks are going to break, I’m honestly super surprised I did break one trying to get them put on. I would absolutely return this for a full refund but I am only using this as a temporary cage, 1 week tops while I work on a project where the old cage is. The only reason I’m keeping it is because I have to have a temporary second cage now and technically I won’t use it again after the 1 week unless a similar situation rises in the future. If you are thinking about buying this cage as your forever home for you pet, buy something else, this isn’t what your looking for!

My existing cage is 4 times bigger than this cage, and it is different in every way. Perhaps I was a bit critical with this review because i exspected it to be similar to my big cage. My original review put this item at 1 star, BUT I can’t leave this review at 1 star because of the customer service that reached out to me. They really did not like the fact that I was unhappy with my purchase and have went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. For this reason I will change this to 3 stars, and get a little more specific.
Yes, there is an instruction video and it makes it look very simple and it would be if each individual part was labeled, I’m older and don’t see the greatest so individually labeled parts would make this so much better to be sure you have the correct piece. The poopy pan being the bottom floor is still and issue, and unfortunately the shelves only having 4 hooks to try to get on in this little cage, so that is still an issue for me, but again I’m use to a cage 4 times this size and I’m 6’1″ tall 245 pounds with big thick man hands, perhaps someone with smaller fingers would have better success. This is still not the cage I would choose for a forever home for my glider, are they in it right now, YES, for this week only! Have they escaped or hurt themselves, NO! So, for some it might work. Bottom line these folks cared enough to reach out to me so that alone makes this product better than 1 star

Fairly easy to put together, I recommend watching the installation video first. The ladders do not work for our bunny. She’s also too big to fit through those holes so we made our own step for her to go between 2nd and 3rd levels because she would not jump between those levels. I love that the cage is tall instead wide because it doesn’t take up much space. The latches at the bottom need to be tightened so bunny doesn’t move the tray and escape. All in all it’s a good cage.
