It’s quite easy to lock in place, keeps the mess contained (hay, poop, pee etc). The quality is what you pay for. It is a little smaller than I expected. The lock mechanism broke but that’s because I pulled too hard.

So, she deiced to not put the plastic in because the rabbit would chew it. Clips to attach to the cage DO NOT WORK. They are way to strong and will not slip in the cage bars. Do not get if you are hoping to attach the litter box to a cage.
