This freezer is perfect for our basement; it was even light enough to get it down the stairs without issue! The drawers are a welcome upgrade to our old chest freezer! No more issues finding anything and way more storage space! As an added bonus: the stainless steel door allows for writing on it with chalk pens (which erase with minimal effort)! One my favorite home upgrades!

We wanted a deep freezer that we could easily organize. This one is perfect. Love the drawers and with it being upright it’s easy to find exactly what we need. Highly recommend!! Perfect size for 2-3 people.

The media could not be loaded.
The only negative (if you can even call it that) is the seal is so good sometimes the whole thing rocks when you pull open the door forcefully. I LOVE the drawers. It’s so easy to stay organized and fits so much without being too bulky. It was easy to move and install (I moved alone, it’s not very heavy) and keeps everything well frozen.

Delivery was on time and done very properly. I am very happy with my new tall freezer that I always wanted, but have to mention about the green sticker saying ‘garage ready’. It was so hard to remove! I had to use Goo Gone and 90percent alcohol, and it took good 30 minutes to remove it completely! Please use removable sticker, if it is going to be that ugly green!
Handle is cheaply made, so tricky to assemble, but looks nice and functioning.
Door is very tight, and it moves the whole unit whenever trying to open the door. That part is a bit annoying too.

This thing has several major design flaws which conspire to make it the worst freezer I’ve ever owned. Right out of the box one corner was buckled due to how thin and flimsy the casing is. I’m not blaming shipping because it would have taken so little force to crush the corner. So I have to put blocks under one corner just to keep it upright. Then you have the cheap seal around the door that just falls off. It is just stuffed into an oversized slot that it can easily pull out from under its own weight. Then once that happens the inside clogs up with frost and seals the drawers shut! Even a minimal amount of frost buildup makes it so the drawers won’t close all the way, which then prevents the front door from closing all the way resulting in yet more frost buildup. The frost also prevents the drawers from being removed as well. You either have to chisel all the ice away with the drawers in place or defrost the whole thing just to get it usable again. Total Garbage.

Given the current state of pandemic affairs I thought it might be a good idea to buy this freezer for extra storage space. Not only does this upright allow me to organize and separate frozen items in this freezer but with the added space I can organize my main freezer as well! I would agree that the handle is flimsy but it serves its purpose so far. There are no LED lights as was mentioned (Amazon plans on correcting the description) so I added a strip of under the counter LED lights inside at the top (but not on the freezer drawer)! Works great so far!!
Overall I have no regrets with this purchase, Amazon or the prompt delivery!!
