They work great…But, the hardware is weak! A couple of bolts stripped and one lag bolt snapped at the head. Gave four stars for the brackets. I replaced the hardware with higher quality bolts.

I’m not a handyman but I was able to mount these in our shed. No issues holding totes of winter clothes.

Like the idea of storing overhead. Seems like a great product. Was awkward getting them even on the ceiling. Next set will use painters paper and make a pattern for easier placement.

Bought several sets of these because we loved them so much! Got a matching set of bins and they fit perfectly! Easy to install as they align with studs any distance apart. Just takes two people- one to hold the pieces in place and the other to drill. Saved so much space in our garage!!

Didn’t buy a used one. Bought 2 new ones. One was delivered fine with all parts wrapped in plastic. Second box was clearly opened, missing 1 of the 8 tracks, and missing all the hardware. Clearly shows signs that someone tried to use it and returned it. Thanks…

This works great provided you can find bins with a solid lip to hang on not ones with hand grips that will only offer a small lip and are very unstable. Costco did sell the perfect bins but they have changed and are now very sketchy if you attempt to use the new bins with these rails

After putting in a whole system of these we discovered we needed to still store about 3 long and shallow (10“) boxes. These are as sturdy as another brand, but not nearly as heavy, making them easier to install. They are a little shorter in length and don’t install end to end-but for us that was not a problem because we were installing them in that smaller space above the (open) garage door. It worked perfectly.
