My grandson doesn’t always eat an appropriate amount of veggies throughout the day he is a avid fruit eater but to ensure he’s getting some veggies in his diet these are great!! He loves the way they taste! I actually think they are a great snack for any age! Put some almond butter or pecan butter on it if you don’t like it alone but they’re good plain! Recommend đŸ’¯đŸ’¯đŸ’¯đŸ’¯đŸ’¯đŸ’¯

Our kids are constantly asking us for sweet snacks, so we look around for things we can give them that aren’t so bad. While these things are definitely still sweet and full of sugar, they at least balance that out with a big dose of fiber and protein. Our usual choice is the banana carrot bars, which are delicious but really (like all of these) ‘oat bars with some bannana and carrot’. Although bananas and carrots are the headline on the box, they’re not the headline ingredients. Having said that, these bars are still awesome, our kids still love them, and the ingredients list is still way better than the rice krispy treats they’d be asking for otherwise. Huge thumbs up.
