I spent a little time looking for a high-quality stainless steel pan for baking, and finally found the Hestan brand.
It’s beautiful, a work of art, while providing a very functional pan for baking. I wanted the high-quality stainless steel for protection from aluminum, also a very important feature.
It also has a high enough lip on the side, so that any liquids don’t spill.
It’s a little heavy, and at first I tried picking it up by the right handle. That was hard to manage, so I starting using two oven mitts so as to be able to pick it up by the handles. And then I figured out that I can easily pick it up with one mitt by gripping the middle of the closest side. Once I figured out that little detail, I use the pan on a daily basis. If you want a beautiful, safe and functional baking pan, look no further.

Very nice, heavy-weight pan for it’s size (very pretty too, if that matters). Was admittedly taking a risk, as the stated overall length would not fit the Wolf Countertop Oven (forget it if your oven is smaller). It fits perfectly if you are willing to let the handles rest on the side rack rails. Buying a second. Finally, a quality stainless baking pan for a countertop oven!
