I got this TV under $300 not sure what it costs now. It came wrapped up extremely tight and protective. TV didn’t have a scratch on it. Very easy set up and runs efficiently. The picture quality is clear and connects easily to wifi. Casting and screen mirroring is effortless. Highly recommend

Probably took a lot longer than necessary because I threw the instructions in the corner and just started looking through random controls. Wonderful 4k definition and clarity of colors. Magnificent sound capability. Good subtitles. Pretty decent price for a Brilliant tv design. Pretty easy self set-up if you don’t want to buy Professional assistance. 65 inches is a Monstrous size Tv. A lot bigger than I was expecting but everything worked in the end so I’m happy. You can just take out the remote insert the batteries then re-insert to the original Ziploc bag and use it as a dust cover to keep it clean.

I decided to get this 55-in when my 65-in Hisense seemed to just die, but it’s probably almost 8 years old. I have another Hisense that’s just as old and it has taken a beating through moving across multiple states multiple times. It’s had a crack for years that’s grown over time but the TV still functions great and we currently use it for the kids room.
The fragility of this Hisense is absolutely stunning. I’ve had this TV for 4 months and when I had to move it to a new room for a guest, the inside of the screen has completely shattered from where my hand was positioned, and the crack travels throughout the top of the screen. But unlike the other TV, the entire screen now stays black. Now I know I didn’t bang it on a doorknob or anything or I wouldn’t have been so surprised when I plugged it back in.
Overall, I think it’s just cheaper and more fragile parts that are used to manufacture it. This 55-in is lighter than the 45-in I’ve had for years, the one that functions still with all of the cracks.
Tldr; Don’t buy it, it’s manufactured cheaper than any other Hisense TV I’ve had and apparently it can break from gripping it too hard. Even a cheap TV should be more durable than this.

Love the TV. Easy to setup and connect to my WiFi. Incredible picture and easy to use settings. Bluetooth connected very easily. Very good audio, best of any flat screen I have ever had. My only complaint is a dead pixel. It’s way down in the lower lefthand corner and not noticeable from viewing distance, Not worth the hassle of sending back for a replacement,

Got this to primarily use as a 2nd monitor for my computer. The other is a very low latency gaming monitor and I got this to run use for other stuff I run in the background that don’t require low latency or fast frames per second, like video streaming while I am playing games. As a TV it is passable but there are several popular streaming apps that should be compatible with it but are not, so if you are just using as a TV and can’t stream to it from another device, it is limited on what streaming services it can use.
The picture is very clear and is a little wide for a 4k screen, making it closer to a 17:9 ration than the standard 16:9, but a 16:9 picture can be stretched to full screen. My only gripe about it is that unless set to Gaming mode in the advanced visual settings, it’s colors are a little muted and I like my colors really vivid but with it set to Gaming mode is really close to matching the colors on my actual monitor.

Here are a few things I love about this TV: 1. easy installation! when i tell you i am not the most tech savvy person in the world…i am not joking. i give up way too easily when it comes to set up with new technology devices and i never have the patience to sit through and figure these things out. but this tv?! it was SO. EASY. everything was so self explanatory and i honestly was so shocked by how simple it was to set up a working tv!! keep in mind, i had a small tv in college that i bought secondhand off a friend and i literally had to call a friend to help me and he set it up in like 5min vs my couple days of trying. 2. easy hardware setup!! i mean i think you could’ve already guessed that if im not technologically savvy im not hardware savvy either. i didn’t even know the word for a wrench until like two years ago. but again, it was easy to figure out and i was so happy with how little time i spent setting up this tv 3. clear and convenient use! it connects easily to my google account and now i’m able to enjoy so many streaming services. this is my first apartment on my own out of college so im excited to be able to be lazy on the couch and you best believe this tv will be a big part of that!
