This is very strong so do not hold the trigger for long. It will wrap the wires together and keep twisting so beware it is very strong.

This is really a nice addition to your electrical toolchest. It works with solid-solid wire twists and stranded-solid wire twists quite well. I found that the stranded-stranded worked, but not as well as solid-solid twists.
The benefit to your workspace is when connecting 3 or 4 wires together and you’d like to make a solid mechanical connection which results in a solid electrical connection, this tool does that with such ease that you’d wonder why you never had it before. No need to worry about wires coming out of a wire nut which is common when more than two wires a connected together.
At this price, I feel like I’m getting two for the price of one, since a single tool is worth the price you would pay for two. I believe you will be happy with this purchase.

While it also works with stranded-stranded wire twists, it’s not as effective as with solid-solid twists. This tool is particularly beneficial when connecting 3 or 4 wires together, ensuring a solid mechanical connection for a secure electrical connection. It prevents wires from slipping out of the wire nut, which is a common issue when connecting more than two wires.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly this tool twists wires together. In my first attempt, it twisted more of the wire than I needed. Connecting 3 or 4 wires together to put on a wire nut can be challenging, but this tool simplifies the process.
