Just made my first batch and it was fantastic! 25 mins of machine work and some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted.
Cleaning the unit is very easy, took me a couple mins max, then your ready to make a new batch!
Downside, I thought this unit had a opening slot to add mixin’s but it does not. Even the recipes it provides tell you to use the mix in spout to add during churning processes.
The directions are poorly translated, but be sure to review them before operating I would suggest.
I only made one batch of ice cream, and haven’t tried any other options.

This is the second brand I am returning in 3 days. I put the mixture in and turned it on. After 20 minutes it quit churning. There was no frozen ice cream just the liquid. The manual was written in poor English and the instructions were in grams. The recipes were choppy and hard to follow. Like they used Google translate.I don’t know if I am getting bogus machines because all the other reviews are positive. I also noticed at another online store that they have a color manual which is completely different that the one I received. IO think mine was translated from Chinese by Google. Also why did it say to put warm water in the mixer????

If you are looking for an ice cream machine that it’s easy to use, this is the one.
I’ve been using mines for several months now and no issues at all. Just prepare your ice cream base (cool it if the recipe requires it), add it to your machine and let it do its job. When done you’ll have nice, soft and delicious homemade ice cream.
The machine is great, very low level of noise and no need for prior preparation in order to use it. Just plug it in, pour your ice cream base and select your option needed.
Definitely recommend for those who are looking for an easy to use ice cream machine, it’s worth the money.

It arrived a few days ago set it up for first use had to straighten the ears on the bucket so I could pull the bucket out really not a big deal or issue. 1st ice cream was great machine worked perfectly. I saw reviews stating paddle got stuck I made blue berry ice cream paddle never stuck and it was done in about 45 mins once completed I removed the paddle and placed machine into cool mode only for an hour at the bottom and sides the ice cream was nice and thick and hard where as closer to center was more soft serve. The recipe I used made 4 cups of the base and filled the bucket about half full, but it was the perfect amount because had it been more than 4 cups it would have made a big mess as it churned I ended up with just shy of 2 quarts. UPDATE: 8-4-2024 machine still working great the only problems I have had were self inflicted as I worked towards perfecting my base. I have found for best results you need 1 cup sugar so ice cream does not freeze super hard once placed in freezer. My typical base now is 1cup sugar, 1 cup whole milk, and 2 cups heavy cream. When making different flavors I incorporate them into my standard base.

Ça faisait des années que je me disais il faut que je m’achète un appareil pour faire de la glace ou crème glacée… je suis en chemin vers une autonomie et j’aime tout faire a la maison. Je m’étais achetée une sorbetière qui va sur le robot kitchenaid, mais un ca prend trop de la place dans le congélateur et de plus il faut aussi penser à la mettre a l’avance quand on veut l’utiliser. Tout était trop lourd dans la démarche pour moi…
Pis finalement j’ai décidé d’investir dans cette machine, j’ai sauté le pas!
Pis sérieux, elle est magique. Je mets des fruits, un peu de sucre, je fais tourner 45 mn et je consomme mon sorbet. Magique de la voir tourner, magique de manger son sorbet préparé juste avant, avec les fruits juste broyés au robot. Bien sûr elle est sur un comptoir, je ne veux pas devoir la sortir d’un placard, mais elle est petite et compacte et va très bien sur mon comptoir. A date j’en fais beaucoup trop, c’est trop facile.
Mon seul bémol c’est que pour un article de ce prix-là, la compagnie pourrait fournir un livre de recettes plus complet. Y a comme 4 recettes dans leur mini pamphlet. Moi je suis très créative, donc j’invente! J’ai une amie pâtissière qui m’a dit de rajouter un blanc d’œuf, alors je le fais.
A date mon conjoint et mes invités sont ravis de ce nouvel ajout. C’est tout nouveau comme achat, mais je ne pense pas m’en lasser de si vite. De plus je peux ajouter les herbes du jardin dans mes sorbets, tout un monde de saveurs nouvelles!
