I received the monitor, keyboard, mouse and cords but no computer tower (brain)
    What is going on?

So…My sincere apologies to the seller. I did not understand the concept of All-in-One. The modem (brain)
is not a tower–it is in the monitor. Love this space-saving and cord-reducing style!

I like it but if the monitor goes out you will no longer have a computer at all. Last time i bought a HP all in one my monitor went out and I had to buy another monitor. If that should happen again then no computer at all

I am not computer or tech savvy. I ordered this new computer and a new HP printer based on reviews and what I read on the Internet about them. I had NO problems or issues setting this computer up by myself with no help from anyone. Nor with the printer. It was very easy step-step directions. This computer is fast which is what I wanted. I can print from my phone now. I recommend this computer. This is a nice upgrade for me

When my desktop decided to take 2020 to heart and just die I freaked out. I use my computer for work and so it dying left me in a bad head space. Enter this amazing HP All-In-One desktop. I took it out of the box plugged it in and within 30mins it was up and running. The SD insert on the bottom is amazing, Theater quality sound if you’re someone to likes to watch movies and or TV shows on your desktop this is the computer for you.

Very nice to work on compared to my laptop. However there is an awful humming noise that is driving me crazy. My laptop never hummed like this.

It is a nice looking computer though the base takes up too much room on the desktop and the power button is located so that anytime you try to adjust you computer screen it powers off. All things I could have worked around, however the hard drive failed after about 20 days of use with no way to reset or wipe it before return. I processed the return through Amazon and paid for UPS to come pick it up (twice, because I didn’t print the label in color the first time and it got returned, so I had to pay for it to be picked up again, I’ll take the blame for that) then I waited to be refunded. After two weeks I contacted the seller through Amazon and the refund was processed within 48 hours, however I was charged a restock fee of $118. If I had known I would get charged such a high restock fee for the return of a faulty item I probably would have just kept it and brought it in to be fixed locally. I’ve since bought a new computer, avoiding the HP brand and this seller. An expensive lesson to learn.
