I was glad that it includes: HDMi, DisplayPort, and VGA. My co-workers and I each enjoy 2 or 3 of these. I got this one to work at home. Plug and play.

I’m sometimes nervous about ordering electronics by mail. Packaged arrived quickly, and packaging was excellent. Nice, slim modern design. Functions as expected. I like that it is adjustable to raise, lower or tilt.

When my company started using this monitor to replace failing monitors, I noticed immediately how nice everything looks on this HP E243 monitor. Text and graphics for business are especially clear, and the color balance and brightness make it comfortable to use all day long. These days I can use two with a docking station and work from home. Work computer connects by Display Port and home computer connects by HDMI. Switching between inputs is easy with the buttons on the lower right edge and the on-screen menu. The picture quality is excellent with both input sources.

Using this for work, and the screen real estate and connectivity options lets me plug in work-related devices easily. I don’t need fast response times such as for video games, so haven’t evaluated on that criteria. But for working with many text documents and staring at the screen, focused, for hours on end, I find it quite comfortable. Can definitely recommend for a home office monitor.

This full HD monitor fits my needs very well. I am not a gamer, so I can’t comment on that aspect of performance. However, it’s great for surfing the web, watching YouTube and other streaming apps. I especially like how solid the unit feels. It’s heavy enough not to easily slide around on my desktop. The friction supported height adjustment is precise and stays where you set it and has plenty of range of height. The single stand pedestal has a slot to pass the cables through and provides very good cable management.
The lack of internal speakers should be noted. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me, since most monitor speakers are fairly anemic anyway. Much better external speakers can be had for anywhere from $20 and up.
All in all, it’s a very good looking unit. I’d recommend it to others and would buy it again.

This is second screen for the office , and works great. Its nice that the height is adjustable.

This display has a very crisp view. As for the viewing angle there isn’t one. Very easy to install to your PC. I’m using the HDMI cable that came with the display. Note: as most of you already know you need a HDMI video card on your PC. This HP display came with ALL the necessary cables, so you shouldn’t have any problems with your current PC. Overall, I’m very happy with this HP display and I think you would be too!

I bought two of these right away to set up a home office. They have a great picture and they are big enough to not strain the eyes but small enough to not be overwhelming. The bezel is slim so they sit right next to each other with little notice of a seem on a dual screen setup. I feel the 24 inch form factor works perfectly for my office. They advertise HP โEyeEaseโ and while I havenโt read about that they seem to be easy enough on eye strain for a whole day of work. I donโt use them for gaming so I canโt speak to that. Plenty of connectivity with HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA. One could easily hook up DVI with an adapter.

I bought an E22 model after the pandemic hit in June 2020. That one is still working great, including the cables. Three yrs later, the prices have all doubled. I needed a larger 2nd monitor to accommodate a new software program so i bought this E24 to match my existing one that I really like. The new E24 monitor is nice and I love that the stand rotates in the base. I looked at many different models, but they were not height adjustable AND rotated in the base. Some rotated, but one height. Some were height adjustable but couldnโt rotate in the base (meaning you had to angle the entire base off the desk to angle the monitor-hope this makes sense). The brightness is adjustable many different ways, remove blue light, or cream, or white, etcโฆ i havenโt had any issues with the monitor after 2 months. The bad thing is that the HDMI cable already stopped working after 1-2 months of use. Luckily, i had a spare Display cable, and luckily my docking station has a Display port so I didnโt have any additional costs. But i donโt appreciate that the prices have doubled and the quality has gone down. I took off a star for that.
