I was looking for a light with the 24/7 mode so I don’t have to worry about turning my lights on and off manually and forgetting to turn them off at the end of the day. I also needed a light with the blue light for my daughter’s glofish tank but I didn’t want it I be blue all day as I needed the regular light to keep the live plants happy. This was the only light that would check all those boxes. It turns on in the morning based on what time you set it at and then at 6:30pm it switches to moonlight mode (blue light) which is great for the glofish to pop and then it turns is m itself off at 11:30 or what ever time you set it to turn off at. The whole point of 24/7 mode is to be able to set it and forget it but being a glofish tank I wanted to have the blue light in the evening and into my daughter’s bedtime. I only have 2 issues with this light that I don’t like and reason for my 4 star rating. 1. It’s almost too bright without the ability to turn it down in 24/7 mode. I have the 24 watt one for a 10 gallon but wow at 100% it’s really way too bright and has caused major algae issues that I’ve finally gotten a handle on. 2. The controls are absolutely awful! I really wish this came with a remote like my nicrew but instead they are on the unit itself which is not good. For example to switch from manual to 24/7 there isn’t a simple button for that. Instead you have to push to buttons simultaneously and hold them for a couple secs, then push on or off and then push the light button. It’s not user friendly what so ever. Overall I really do like this light and the fact that it goes from normal light to blue light all within the 24/7 mode is the only reason I bought it and continue to use it. If you don’t have glofish along with live plants I would advise getting a different light like the nicrews which are amazing in my opinion and about the same price.

I normally don’t make reviews. But I had to on this one. Now I’ve only had it for a short time. But. Compared to fishkeeper and other Amazon brand lights this one is great. It’s super bright. Easy to program and the fish a plants look awesome. Well worth the money I will be getting 2 more if this one holds up for a while. I got the 4ft version. Might have to try the smaller lights as well for other tanks. But all my 4ft tanks will be getting this light

This light is absolutely wonderful. It’s beginning life back to our aquarium.

I have a pretty wide 55 gallon tropical fish tank and got the light to match that width. After using it for a week I’ve been really happy with it. I found many other lights that had issues working with timers and dimmers or other issues but this one has a built in timer and dimmer that work well. The only problem I had was that in the default mode the light would come on at full power. But there is a special mode they call DIY that lets you set the time and the brightness for something like 5 different stages. That works perfectly. I set it to 50% during the day because the light is very bright and can put off a lot of heat if you burn it on full. But at 50% it doesn’t heat up really at all. I have it dim down to 20% in the evening and then when it hits the off time it turns like a dark blue/violet that then fades out. I think this is probably easier on the fish.
Overall, I think if you are looking around for the best light this may be it and it’s a pretty good value considering you won’t need to buy a timer.

This is a great plant light. Setup is a bit difficult but watch a video on YouTube on how to setup helps a lot. My plants grow so fast I have to trim and throw away what I don’t need. You have to be careful not to touch the control or you might have to reset it. That’s and being its difficult to setup is the only flaw. But still love this light.

I really dig this Hygger LED Panel.
I have a 67-gallon enclosure for my two-baby-male Florida Blue & Gold Thamnophis sirtalis; hence, I purchased the 46-watt 30”-36” Hygger Panel.
I ended up returning the 46-watt 30”-36”; and, I purchased and now using the 72-watt 48”-55” Hygger LED panel.
The Hygger LED Panel lights up my entire enclosure; and, the Hygger LED Panel exposes all the vibrant colors in the enclosure. Check our the pictures I attached to my review.
It is easy to program; and, the directions are cogent. I have the white lights on during the day; and, the blue lights on at night.
Per Hygger’s marketing material, the LED panel is designed ONLY to illuminate; the LED panel does not provide any heat, UVA, nor UVB; hence, for reptiles, you will need to get devices for heating, UVA, and UVB, and use those additional devices in conjunction with the Hygger LED Panel.
I have two LED bulbs, 5-watts each, which provide UVA and UVB at different ends of my enclosure; and, I have a 50-watt halogen bulb for day-heating and a 100-watt ceramic heat emitter (non light-emitting) for night-heating for my two-baby-male Florida Blue & Gold Thamnophis sirtalis. I use these additional four devices with my Hygger LED Panel, and my lighting, heating, and UVA and UVB set-up is complete.
The Hygger LED Panel is nicely constructed; it feels durable and has substance when held in my hands. I like that it is water resistant; though, because my enclosure is for reptiles, exposure to water won’t be an issue for my Hygger LED Panel.
I really like the low-profile design; because, it looks like it was made for the enclosure.
The night-mode lighting, which is factory-set to blue and can be changed, reminds me of the clear nights I experienced at Lake Tahoe during the summer season — stunning.
I received the Hygger LED Panel, on 28-May-2021, at 1130 Hours PDT…I will update this review once I get more time with it.
Based on the quality construction and the LED bulbs, I anticipate the Hygger LED Panel will last a long time; and, I anticipate it will continue to perform at a 5-star level, as time passes.
The Hygger LED Panel was exactly the lighting product I wanted for my 67-gallon snake enclosure. It met and exceeded my expectations.
I’m elated by the performance of this product; and, I believe my two-baby-male Blue & Gold Thamnophis sirtalis love the lighting, too; although, they have not told me; because, they are only one-month old. 😉
I’m so glad I purchased the Hygger LED Panel.
Check 6!
