Je dois être tombé sur le mauvais lot à la vue des autres commentaires mais aussi tôt déballé, aussi tôt remballé.
La qualité d’assemblage n’est pas là, du jeu partout et celà altère complètement le fonctionnement du ciseau par exemple..

Not sure if this Amazon or the seller but the package still hasn’t arrived for my order of this product. The rating is reduced severely as this was a wedding gift and it was suppose to arrive on the 13th. It’s the 21st and still no package and it’s a prime delivery.
Adding to that – when i reach customer service they keep telling me to wait and callback in a few days rather than resending the gift expedited.
I have been a prime member since prime started and this is unacceptable.
I started to just cancel the order and reorder myself but the seller coincidentally raised the price by 100 dollars (I caught this last set on a lightning deal)
I’m going to say even though the knives are quality the seller has not been responsive about the delays in shipping or refunding or honoring my original price and I am beginning to believe that this is normal practices
Edit : forth set bought as a gift for my son never arrived. Amazon will reimburse and place new order but seller is selling at higher price now.
Can not reach seller directly. I bought the first set as a gift to me. Before they arrived I received a wedding invitation and on their wedding list registry was the same exact set. So I bought it.
But then they arrived.
Honestly – I WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY. they very huh quality. Heavy. Super durable to use and to the feel. They literally feel high quality in your hand. And sharp!! Super super sharp. Like be careful sharp. These aren’t knives you want around a child at all!!
So they were so perfect that I bought another set for our beach house that we rent out in the summer. I want my renters to have a great experience and high quality items come with the territory. Everyone loved them. But at the end of the summer doing inventory – one of the steak knives is missing. I am heart broken. I can not justify buying another 16 piece set for one missing knife. But I am heart broken about it. I wish they sold this same set as 6 pack of steak knives. I would definitely buy them.
If you are looking for super high quality well made and sharp knives and want to add elegance and grace to your kitchen – look no further. This is the set for you!!
EDIT: we still love this set. Everything I said above is accurate. But I need to contact this company because one the knives handles came off with simple wear and tear and hand washing. Not even sure how they will hold up when the knives go into the dishwasher.
If they contact me back and resolve this issue I will update but right now I’m very frustrated with the a customer service and how i can reach them. Hoping at this price point their customer service is quality and they resolve the issue quickly

Ensemble de 16 pièces composé de 13 couteaux (dont 6 TB couteaux à steak) = 8 couteaux différents + un ciseau à volaille + l’aiguiseur et le bloc en bois.
Je n’ai pas encore eu le temps de tester les 8 couteaux reçus mais les 3 modèles que nous avons essayés coupent parfaitement (Je me suis mm coupé au 2ème contact). Le design de l’ensemble est très joli et les manches en bois sont agréables tant pour la vue que pour les tenir en main.
La description et/ou photos du site sont correctes et franchement je ne peux que les recommander.
Je repasserais toutefois d’ici 6 mois pour en dire +.

J’ai récemment acheté ce bloc couteaux pour 100 euros et je n’en suis pas mécontent.
Pour les plus :
Ils sont très tranchants
Plutôt jolis et bien finis
Pas très cher pour le tout
Les moins :
La prise en main pourrait être meilleure, les manches n’aggripent pas tellement la main, sur les petits couteaux on ne sait pas toujours du premier coup dans quel sens on les as.
Le bloc couteau est arrivé un petit peu abîmé dans les angles
Il y a des choses dont je ne me servirais sûrement jamais j’aurais peut être préféré un bloc avec moins d’ustensiles mais de meilleure qualité

I have always wanted a good knife set, but have only had money for the cheap department store sets, the flimsy $50 type sets so this is a massive upgrade. The metal is much harder than the cheap sets so you don’t need to sharpen it as often

After understanding a year if use u can say that this is a nice set but it does not hold up to normal use. The wood stand gets damaged very easily and the light wood color os very evident under the red of the stain. I live alone and cook daily. Two of the knifes I use regularly already have little chips in the blade. What a dissapointment!! I had wash and dry only and am careful with my things. I can not remember this set overall!

Lorraine Chun reached out from their customer service department and offered me either a full refund or a new set of knives. As I already had replaced these, I opted for the refund. She was very quick in her responses and even checked in to make sure that everything went through properly. 5/5 for customer service. (I would add that to the overall rating, but there is no category for it, so I will just add a star back)

These knives are very sharp as I previously mentioned. (Tested by cutting through paper to see if it cuts or tears, and it tears like butter)
There are three issues that I noticed though, which is why I took off three stars.
1) The blades are not straight. They deviate at the handle by about 5-15 degrees. This does not kill its functionality, but it makes it slightly different to use compared to a straight blade.
2) The block where the steak knives sit will not sit properly in its groove. This is due to one of the pegs being out of alignment. I would change this on my own, but they are stapled in and I do not have a stapler that can go through wood.
3) The handles are slightly rotated. This is not to be confused with the blades being bent, they are two separate issues. The best way to explain it is that the handle is rotated clockwise (or counterclockwise) while the blade bends out away from your hand.
I will update this if IMARKU resolves these issues.
