I understand that software piracy raises the need for software companies to protect their intellectual properties. However, this software company doesn’t look like they know what they are doing. I purchased this product as a calendaring software for a doctor’s office. THIS IS A FIRST RESPONDER! They were using this software fine for a month or so on a new computer after a successful activation, but suddenly they received an error that said the license was invalid. They tried re=entering the key but it didn’t work. They are now prevented from running their business, which is a DOCTOR’s OFFICE. The receptionist went to the Individual Software company website. She filled out a support form. No response. She called the 925 phone number. Tech support said they couldn’t help until they received a ticket from the automated from the form she just filled out. They said they were too busy on Monday’s to help. Buy Beware!! The software isn’t expensive, but how much is your business worth to you?

I purchased this software to help keep up with my schedule which can be sometimes very, hectic and it is doing the job as expected. still getting the feel of the program will be able to comment more once I have used it for a while. MY biggest problem with the program is that it started to interfere with my scene saver on my desktop and I finally had to uninstall it to solve the problem.

Have used this program since 2016. Reason that I just ordered a new, current 2022 version, which is basically the same, just a few bell and whistle changes, is that my previous version Crashed. The software remained workable and the same, the Data was gone. This was the second crash occurrence in 6 years. This time I did not have a recent data printout. The program still rates in the top organizers. I do like how it functions, i will make more recent data backups and hopefully, the new version does not have the same failing.
