When i bought this product i was under the impression that it would track your exact location and it does not. It sends an alert to the person you put on your contact list but its only that location where it pinged, it does not follow you. I bought this product because i thought it would be a GPS to keep track with your location so it could send your exact location to the police since that is what it advertises but it does not. You have to keep your phone on you in order for the product to work and i bought it as a safety precaution in case something were to happen to me and in the event where i did not have my phone on me. I was disappointed when i found out that in order for the device to work, your phone has to remain on you and I thought it kind of defeated the purpose since your phone can track where ever you are already.

My first purchase didn’t work so I returned it and reordered, well, the 2nd one doesn’t work. That was 6 weeks ago. Now it doesn’t work and it’s too late to return it. My advice go to InvisaWear website.
I purchased the necklace and it’s working fine.

I purchased this for my wife. She works nights and the Invisaware gives me “some” peace of mind. Cell phones are great but not always accessible I.C.E. i.e.; in her bag, car console, etc..

I got my jewelry a month ago. I’m legally blind and couldn’t set it up. I waited for my daughter to set it up for me. I wore it ones or twice for a day or two but it’s awkward. and cumbersome to wear. I put it in a drawer. The last time I tried to wear it it keeps showing various error messages. And, it’s not working. I had it on last Saturday, to give it another chance. I took a horrible fall down the basement stairs while trying to move a huge bookcase. I was pushed down a flight of stairs, crushed and pinned under the bookcase for almost an hour before help came and called the paramedics to free me and get me in an ambulance and to the hospital. I’d tried pushing the charm for help. It didn’t work. It didn’t notify my family, contacts, adt or 911. I would like to find out how to move forward with this jewelry. I like the idea and it’s good; if the jewelry works and is reliable. I contacted the company and haven’t gotten a response. Seriously, I could have died waiting for help. The bookcase weighs 2oo-300 lbs (according to the seller), took 5 men to load it onto the truck and 3 burly paramedics could only get it up a few inches so I could shimmy out from under it. That’s not the company’s fault. The fact that the jewelry didn’t connect to help is. I would like a replacement in the hopes that the jewelry might do what it’s designed to do. I would appreciate the company addressing the fact that the bracelet charm didn’t work as advertised.

We bought this bracelet for our daughter, she is starting middle school and sometimes has to walk alone. I wanted her to feel safe and to know she could reach out for help very easy. I hope she never needs it, but if she does i trust that she will get the help she needs.

I loved the idea of this so bought it as a gift for my 19-year-old niece, who often jogs alone. When it came, the packaging was lovely but the bracelet looks super cheap and tacky. Such a disappointment. I gave it to her anyway but told her I could return it if she didn’t like it. Sure enough, she agreed that it looked like a cheap trinket, plus she said it was too heavy to wear while jogging. So we returned it. Big disappointment, I guess you’re paying for the technology not the quality of the materials used.
