Review after 5 months of usage.
Pros:-
Very nice noise cancellation in mic
Sound quality is also good
Cons:-
I donโt know the quality of headsets I got is not that great.
It headphones cushion is teared out. Itโs 35k headset and itโs quality very very poor.
I think I made a mistake buying it
Also in India I could not find service centre details.
Amazon Customer –
The technology is flawless. They connect to both my iPhone and my work computer using MS Teams. They pause my music on my phone when a call comes in from MS Teams, awesome! It just works flawlessly. Small hiccups while getting used to it but now itโs smooth sailing.
BUT the fit is atrocious. The over the ear design irritates the cartilage. After wearing for 40 minutes, my ears are so sore that I have to take them off. I contacted the company who advised me to return them. I didnโt since I couldnโt find a replacement with similar features.
Again, the technology is flawless, the fit is definitely hard to get used to.

The headphones delivered were used. THIS IS SUB STANDARD AMAZON!

I tried giving it a chance but the incredibly tiny earpads killed it for me. If I could switch out the earpads I’d be fine with it since I got the headset at a very steep discount. Unfortunately don’t believe that’s possible. I could probably get used to them but not sure why I’d want to. Noticeably presses into the sides of my head and can just feel a tension headache bubbling.
I didn’t really deduct much from the rating due to the earpad size though. I deducted two stars because the sound quality isn’t that great. Just seems…. muted compared to even my $50 headset. For $230 you’d think they’d at least be better than a $50 gaming headset. Gaming electronics or products in general tend to be inferior in general. Which is why it’s surprising this “professional” headset has even worse audio quality.
Perhaps the mic quality is good, never bothered testing it. No real point if it’s uncomfortable to wear the entire time. However I’ll try it out for a more in-depth experience before the return window is over though. On the fence to return it or not. If I could just tweak it a bit I’d be happy enough with these for the price I got it at.

Purchased for office. Very good quality

The bluetooth works great and the sound is awesome. They do not stay in place though. The spring steel in the band is not strong enough to keep them in place. Every time I bend over they fall off. ( I where medium or large size hats )

Great is audio. The noise cancelling mic is very efficient, esp when you share an office space.

First of all the call sound and mic were excellent, range definitely met my expectations throughout my house very well. I didnโt try music, connecting to phone or noise canceling as I work in a quiet area and can use speakers.
The first time I used the headphones I lost connection with Teams so I restarted the application. Dongle was in the PC so I moved it to the docking station and was fine for a few days, then Iโd get long periods of silence but could see someone was talking and finally get sound back. Yesterday it started happening to the mic as well. Iโd be added a question and told I was on mute, but wasnโt. Restarted headset and Teams but I sounded odd so I restarted both again and was finally good for the rest of the day.
I really wanted to like the headphones, but these would lose connection at the desk.
UPDATE:
This was a used item sold as new that had not been refurbished. Still had previous users info in blue tooth settings. Adjusted rating to reflect such.

Commercial oriented headphones from Sony and Apple donโt deliver the microphone quality needed for conference calls and business meetings. I previously tried what I thought were premium quality wireless headphones only to be greatly disappointed and I was forced to return them. So far, the Jabra Evolve2 65 has met and in many ways exceeded my expectations.
Apart from excellent microphone quality and good headphone sound isolation, the unit incorporates value added features like feeding microphone input back to the headphones. What a difference such a seemingly minor feature makes! Desktop and mobile apps provide lots of fine-grained control over the headset and its configuration.
It took several minutes for Jabra Direct to detect the Link380 adapter under MacOS BigSur. I was in the midst of typing a support request to Jabra when both the adapter and headset finally appeared in the app. Since then, it’s been flawless. The headset works just fine with the MacBook Proโs built in Bluetooth and via wired USB connection.
The only downside: I ordered a USB-C unit but the unit came with a USB-A charging cord.

The Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Wireless Headphones are Excellent! They will not disappoint! They are easy to install, great sound quality and work well with TEAMS. There are 8 people in my work group and to date 5 of us are using the same Jabra Headphones. Between the 8 of us we have tried many brands but we all are in the process of replacing our previous headphones with the same Jabra set. Definitely worth the money!

I have half a dozen headsets for work and talk, including amazing Bose, Apple iPods, and others, but consistently use these for my 8-10 hour a day remote work life, especially for important client facing meetings!
It comes down to:
– sound is excellent (both what I hear and what they hear)
– easy recognition by Bluetooth when they are on and nearby (sometimes you have to toggle)
– best thing ever is that you can subtly mute by lifting the mouthpiece up and down – so if you chew gum, tell your kid or dog to quiet, need ti slurp tea, or just listen without that red slash mute, you just knock up the mic!
They are so great when my dog ate a set m, and I ordered a second one from Amazon to arrive the next day immediately rather than just use any of my others for work.
I also wear these on walk and talks or cooking with an iPhone, and that physical mute function is awesome (with others you have to take your phone out of your pocket and actually click on the screen – what a hassle!).

I have owned this headset for over two years now and I absolutely love it. It can connect to multiple devices at once, never fails to connect at any time which makes it reliable for business and office use. The sound quality is amazing and it filters out background noise so the customer doesn’t hear anything but your voice through the microphone. It is comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of work, and because it also connects to my cell-phone, I can easily wander around and answer calls just by putting the microphone boom down (auto answering function). The battery life lasts a lot time and the smart-phone app allows for battery notifications along with other settings. Overall, this is the best headset and was well worth the money.

My wife uses these for her company. I’m quoting her “they are ok”. Seems like a lot of money for what they are, but the company recommends and pays for them. A set of hyperX gaming headphones for half the price would probably sound better
