Works great!! This is super strong tripod and can be put in all kinds of positions. Very sturdy and able to support heavier phones, like the Pixel 7 pro, with no danger of toppling over.

I typically don’t write such overly completely satisfied awesome product reviews so early but this piece of simple yet extraordinary equipment has surpassed all so called manufactured wonderfully amazing devices hands down, no holds barred. As you see in the photos the incredibly weird ways this flexible tripod holds and can be propped and manipulated to hold your video capturing equipment.

I was on my way out of country for a property photo documenting capturing footage and I didn’t have room for allot of my typical bulky equipment but something that’s easy to use and perfect in every way. When I initially saw this on a YouTube review and I guess you’ve heard that saying, “If it’s too good to be true then it simply is”. Well this one has broken all the standards, pull all the plugs on ease, simplicity, light weight equipment, great value and about 100 other things.

You will not be dissatisfied with this unless this is not what you were seeking this particular piece of equipment. The floating ball mount is a awesome addition that in itself is worth the price alone. So combined you get this incredible tripod, delivered as it is as exactly promised, delivered ontime, its cost more then worthy of all delivered and the ease and flexibility surpassed by no one on this one.

I lost my old joby mount so I replaced it because I use it for everything smartphone related! Holds up my recipes or patterns, or to video call or watch a show. My only complaint is the mount for the phone is clumsy. I prefer the spring loaded clamp that easily rotates clockwise and counterclockwise wigg TV a simple twist. This one has to be unscrewed and adjusted which I found cumbersome, and only rotates in 1 direction to turn the phone sideways. Once I replace the mount I will be using it daily!

First saw this in a NY Times (Wirecutter) review; they raved about it. Got one for myself and I can see why. Excellent product. It’s on the smaller side and easy to carry around (fits nicely in a backpack), but super durable and extremely handy. The flexible legs are amazing. Truly innovative.

I felt compelled to write a great review. I had a tall telescopic tripod that had finally had its last day. One thing I realised is that invariably there was always a surface or structure “in the way” of my old tripod. Not only did the old tripod take up lots of space when not in use, but it didn’t do a great job of providing a quick and easy solid base at a “view finder” height. Now this might be a small tripod, but it can therefore utilise any flat surface at almost any level. Think table, think bar, think shelf. There are lots of flat surfaces around to place the tripod on at a basic level. Goodbye telescopic legs. Then add the added versatility of the “octopus” legs, and it becomes truly next level. For example, I want to record my wing foiling when I am on the water sailing. At the boat house there is a scaffold rack for boats next to the best vantage point by the sea. Before, I had to set the old tripod up between the bars and it even got blown over one day. But now, I just need to clamp the tripod using the arms to the bars of the boat rack. Not only a better, more stable stand for my phone, but takes up much less space and easier to use. I can also mount much higher than before, even though it is a much smaller tripod! I love this product!

I am not sure I would purchase this again. At the point where the legs attach to the base, the “ball joint” for lack of a better term get pretty loose pretty quickly. At least mine did.

I had used it for about 3 months with some consistency, only using it to brace my Samsung S10. No larger items.

The manipulation of the arms seems to loosen the main socket in which they attach to the base.

I never took the time to review the item until today. The reason for the delay is that it’s not been needed since my last vlog road trip which was some time back. Today, I am attempting to put my Hohem Gimbal on it which holds my Samsung and the legs collapse making it impossible to use with the gimble.

Bummer I suppose.

At any rate, keep in mind the legs will loosen up pretty quickly with repeated repositioning.
