I love the sturdiness considering the portability. It doesn’t come with a phone mount, so that’s another $20 or so – but overall it’s worth it.

This will do the job, but I dont see it lasting long. The build construction feels cheap, like a 8 dollar item. The way the arm extends out, it needs to be twisted to lock into place and I can already tell with some light use this will eventually fail sooner than later.

It works great but doesn’t necessarily take the cake… for the price it’s dope tho

I had high hopes for this tripod. I thought with the extending arm it would double as a selfie stick. However, it doesn’t even support the weight of a phone. You spend more time trying to twist the locks to lock it in place only for it to unlock and collapse with any movement.

I wanted a very compact travel tripod. I tried one of the many cheaper brands on offer but it was just too unstable with the phone, I wouldn’t even try it with my small camera. So returned and replaced it with the Joby.
So glad I did, this is just the job when even a lightweight travel tripod is too big.
I’m travelling overseas later in the year.
I don’t want to pack my carbon fibre tripod as I want to travel light this will do everything I need it to.
The build quality is obvious the moment you pick it up. The legs are sturdy and the grip feels solid.
I’ll be using the selfie not as a selfie but to get pics and videos from different angles or for over objects that are in the way. It looks good and is very versatile. 10/10

I do not recommend purchasing this item. The concept is good, the execution is mediocre at best. The tripod when extended does not remain so and collapses on its own. In addition when it is extended, it shakes the camera loosely no matter how securely I extend and tighten the extendable stem, and that is when it doesn’t collapse on its own which it does frequently. In short unusable. Dammed frustrating. GgoPro should be embarrassed to have brought this to market.

Looks really cool. Yet, as useful in everyday life, as a kids scoop on a construction site, even though that might be just a home improvement project at your back yard. Very flimsy and unstable. Although looks sophisticated and professional, it’s easy to squash and twist while packing into a backpack or travel bag.
