The reason that I did not give this chair a 5-star rating is the challenge that I experienced with the assembly.
The back of my chair (labeled C) did not line up accurately with the locations on one side to insert the screws. I struggled, struggled with the labeled H screws so I tried a leftover longer screw and voila…it worked.
GOOD STUFF: The chair arrived quickly and was very carefully packaged. The cushions are more than adequate, the wood frame looks nice, the chair is weighty and perfect for smaller spaces. Remember this is low to ground which is what I wanted. It is quite comfortable. I might order another one!!!!

I bought this for my family room and we love it. Cushions all have zip off covers for easy cleaning and it’s sturdy and comfy. Thinking I’ll grab a couple more for the living room

I ordered 2 of these chairs. For the price I paid I am extremely impressed. The boxes had a couple gashes in them, but the chairs were well protected inside. My first thought was how very heavy each box was! I thought the wood must be solid and I was right. Aside from how heavy the pieces were for a 60yo woman to manuever by herself I “could” have put these together alone and for the most part did do the first one all alone. My son did ended up helping me with the second one when he came out and realized I was struggling with the weight. The directions lack a few details that would have helped, but with some small amount of common sense one can figure those details out. To begin, the arm/legs are attached to a piece of plywood for protection. When opening if you can’t figure out how to get them apart, turn the whole thing over and then you will see that the Allen/Hex wrench will do that job. The other things are; the small side of the holes on the arm/legs face inward. Secondly, you will need to flip piece “G” (front brace), end to end if it doesn’t sit flush against the arm/legs and the brass pieces are extras in case the existing ones are missing from inside the holes or are damaged. The chair is very, very comfortable. It is lower than others, but I am old and heavy, but have no trouble exiting the chair. An average sized ottoman is just the right size for lounging in this chair. The seat and back cushions are also heavy, indicating to me they are dense and will last a good while. The will be used as accent chairs for us, so I expect they’ll last a good while. In case you noticed in the pics that the screws show from inside the arm/leg holes, rest assured there are covers for them. That said, many are too small for the holes or rather the holes are too large for the covers. We have decided to try some sticky tack or museum putty to hold them in/on. If it were an option I might take 1/2 star off for that. I will update this only if I experience problems with these chairs in the near future.

El producto venÃa bien empacado, sin maltratar. TraÃa su instructivo y kit de armado. Cuando intente armarlo, fue sencillo, solo tuve un detalle: los tornillos no eran los adecuados y tuve que conseguirlos por mi cuenta. No conseguà similares y por ende no le quedaron las cubiertas plasticas.
En general el producto es muy bueno, esta comodo y se ve de buena calidad. Tengo pensado comprar otro más para mi casa.

Great quality materials. Solid construction. Attractive. Easy to assemble. Extremely comfortable. The caps aren’t the best and the wood has minor defects but for the price it’s still fantastic. This chair sits real low.. I should have measured! Otherwise really fine piece of furniture.

Cant believe this was so affordable. The chair came packed really well and took about 15mins to put together. The cushions are comfortable enough for the purpose of the room. The chair is very low seated (as is in the specs) so not for those wanting a normal sitting chair. It comes with a pillow (I chose to not use it) and the fabric is good quality. You can get this if you have cats and not worry. The plastic screw covers are not “wood” printed so they are kina obvious, but nothing that brings down the look. Great purchase, highly recommend! 10/10

Before buying this chair I made sure to read the reviews and most of the negative ones complained about having the wrong screws, the pieces were wrong, the back was exposed and not actually fabric with a tag in the middle, etc etc. This obviously worried me so I shopped around my city and found a similar chair for 400$ and it wasn’t even that comfortable. I decided to take my chances and I’m so glad I did!
This chair is so comfortable and looks so nice, the cushion is nice and squishy where you can sink right in and it’s the perfect size for me. The fabric is actually really nice and everything has zippers so that you can wash it, and the inside of the cushions have different types of layered stuffing and foam :).
I was holding my breath as I built it waiting for something to go wrong, but after each finished step I realized the mistake previous buyers must have made in the construction:
-About the back being unfinished, this is because they probably used the bottom as the back and vice versa, make sure the back rest is the one with the nice fabric!
-OPEN THE CUSHIONS LAST, and I mean like when you have finished absolutely everything, just in case you DO have missing pieces or something goes wrong, make sure you don’t tear open the vacuum sealed packages right away, if you do there’s no way you’re gonna be able to pack it back up to return it
-About the screws being the wrong size, during shipping the frame is screwed in to a piece of wood to keep it secure, these screws are slightly longer than the ones included in the separate box of screws and things. THROW THEM OUT!! YOU DONT NEED THEM!!! If you use these, the plastic screw covers won’t fit in flush with the chair and will look off.
If you need to flatten the screw covers more, use a mallet or smooth rock with a cloth over it (to not damage the wood) to hammer them flat.
Hope this didn’t come across as too much like an ad, I just really liked this chair and don’t want anyone to be afraid of buying it

We are very pleased with the quality and comfort of these chairs. They are sturdy and appear to be good quality. One of them was easy to put together but the other one had a connector screw mis-aligned and was stuck. I struggled a bit to get the connector screws in place as they didn’t fit properly, but eventually got it.

Looks like a high end chair. The padding is nice not to hard or soft just right. The height is comfortable, not a short surprise! The chair looks great in the bedroom.
