Just got installed and Direction are way to small to read ,& not enough INFO in the book + missing steps on how to Program Dish Waster to run Had to have Service Tech Come out to figure it out with Me ! Now Service Tech is coming out Monday to Fix it ! Because to stop working after doing one Load. Came up with code (f5) not looking Good for You-all product ! not Happy at all!!!! Service Tech can not find parts to do repairs ! What is Amazon going to do about this ! You back bad dish Washers ! lets Hear from YOU !!!!! Like a Phone Number to talk to someone in Customer service!!!!!

We got this dishwasher because our old one was really loud when it was in use. We would have to turn the TV up super loud to hear over it. This one has a quiet mode and we are very pleased with the noise level of it! My husband was able to get it set up fairly quickly and easily. We also like that it has multiple settings to choose from depending on amount of dishes, long cycle, quick cycle, etc! Our old dishwasher also didn’t dry very well, and this one seems to dry a lot better! I also think it’s cool it has a little extra storage rack at the top where you can put knives and spatulas. Last but not least, I love how it looks and that the buttons are on the top.. which is a big bonus with a toddler who touches everything!

We sent it back .. the start button wouldn’t work and we tried to get service and it wasn’t going to be fixed until at least July 10 … a month later

I have bought many dishwashers over the years and most of them were pretty mediocre, cost effective and such BUT none of them performed like this Kenmore. The third slot is an amazing addition HOWEVER, it did leave food on my utensils. I left off one star for that BUT I also feel that it could be user error. I have upside down pots on the top wrack which I BELIEVE blocked cleaning to the top level. It does come with two silverware baskets, for which I removed one for more room. That is a nice touch. There is a lot of room in this dishwasher and it’s sort of customizable inside to accommodate the dishes each home may use. Another reason I left off the 5th start is that most of the cycles last for HOURS, it seems. I didn’t time it though. I don’t know if there is a water or power efficiency concept to this so take that into consideration. All in all, I’m very pleased with this dishwasher and highly recommend at 4 Star.

We are very happy with our new dishwasher! It’s very quiet, and has many options for washing from “quick rinse” to “pots and pans”. You can fit a lot of dishes on the bottom rack, and my favorite 3rd rack is where you can put all the utensils!
Has many options for organizing your dishes, very clean and slick look, it’s great quality, and is very affordable!

The buttons are on the top of the dishwasher which I love, easy to maintain with small children. The features are great with the adjustable rack and the quiet wash. There is a half load option that is great for wanting to run the dishwasher during the day and not having to wait until after dinner in my house.

Does not completely dry cups and glasses. Even with “EXTRA DRY” selected, small amount of water is left on many cups & glasses.
It does clean everything very well.
