Customer Review –
This is a very different review from what I thought I was going to write. First, though….my husband uses a blender every single day to make his “bulletproof” type of coffee. It doesn’t have to be fancy, but it does have to work correctly every time.
So last night I unboxed the blender and thought I had it all ready for him to use. What I did not see, though, was the sealing ring, which had fallen to the bottom of the sink during washing. Due to its grayish color, it didn’t stand out on the chrome background of the sink.
Once hubby started filling up the blender this morning, I saw right away the water was leaking out as fast as it ran in! We fiddled and fussed, and didn’t see a drawing of the sealing ring in the guide book, so we thought one wasn’t included. However the troubleshooting guide did mention a sealing ring – at that point we knew to look further OR contact the seller to provide the “missing” one (it wasn’t missing).
Once we did find the sealing ring, everything else fell right into place, and the blender works just as designed. One thing to be aware of is the method for “locking” the blender container to the base. Pay attention to the lock/unlock graphic. You will need to seat the blender and then TURN it to the left to lock it. And then reverse the process when you are finished. This is different from most blenders I am used to, but that’s okay too. It’s just another process to learn.
But the lesson to be learned from this story is: DO NOT LOSE the sealing ring! And yes, it’s a fine blender. I’m about to go use it for MY cold morning coffee shake! Can’t wait!

My first impression was that this looks like a simpler blender you can find at a chain discount store, but feels high quality when holding and pouring. I do like the glass pitcher, and although the base of the pitcher doesn’t come off for cleaning, the pitcher is easy to rinse and place into the dishwasher where it has a fairly small footprint.
I have a large blender, and a little Bullet blender, so this medium-ish size fits right it in. It is easy to store, pull out and use, isn’t overly complicated, and really blends well, even ice. The base is heavy enough to provide stability and the top fits the jar and is dishwasher safe. The highest setting is powerful. This is a great addition to my kitchen.

I am impressed with the overall quality of this blender. I have been using a ninja blender for many years despite the cracked plastic lid. Comparing these two blenders, this is a more traditional blender with the rubbery plastic top that will probably live on as long as the blender does. This blender has four smaller blades at the bottom, so I was skeptical as to how well this would blend as compared to the ninja I am accustomed to. With multiple blades. I have to say, this blended up a smoothie in seconds, leaving no big pieces behind. The major con with this machine is that you have to hold down the button while blending. This is, however, a small sacrifice to have a decent working blender that is powerful and easy to clean. I would recommend this as a great value blender.

I received my new blender today. It was package beautifully. The blender itself is in a box with instructions and one year free warranty information. I registered the blender by email today with enclosed instructions from manufacturer. The blender is glass so bubble wrap and a box was around glass pitcher. Very easy to set up pitcher. I tried all buttons while I poured two cups of water into pitcher. Later I read in instructions manufacturer had suggested just that to try out blend and also to cleanse the pitcher. The glass is very sturdy. Not heavy at all. I like the whole size of blender not tall but just right for my space on my counter top. The buttons are very easy to push and I didn’t think the sound of blender was loud at all. I like the multi function buttons. I like to puree liquids or mix pancake mix. I’m sure this blender will do a good job. I like to make homemade ice cream and I can mix my ingredients in this blender. I will have lots of uses for this item. The blender is on my counter top for everyday use. I don’t smell anything from this blender. I think whatever I need this blender with be able to accomplish my task it’s very functional.

I really like this blender for the price. It’s rated at 700 watts, which really surprised me as it’s a lot quieter than I expected for a 700w blender.
I like that the pitcher is glass and not plastic – it feels substantial and won’t soften in the hot water of our dishwasher.
I’m not crazy about the blades being permanently attached to the base of the pitcher; it feels like we won’t be able to get it as clean as we would if the bottom disassembled. Also, keep track of the bottom seal if take the bottom off.
